We've done everything that's been asked of us. Waiting to see if a operation will be scheduled. Don't expect a phone call, they will never reach out to you, phones don't work, and none of the other offices know how to contact him or staff if you need them. So disappointing. My daughter wasted a year, had her hopes crushed. Maybe, it's for the better. How great of a surgeon can he be if this is how he runs his practice. I won't be calling anymore, you shouldn't either. Consider it a blessing in disguise. I'm honestly more angry at her doctor that suggested this person. I think they get a cut. Post a review on his Facebook and anywhere possible. He wasted our time.

My son potentially has something serious going on and I'm not liking this can't even call to set our appointment smh and now invalid number when you call!!!

Dr. Hernandez is a great doctor and pediatric surgeon. He also does amazing work for the community. He has been a wonderful mentor to me and I am very grateful for him. Thank you so much, Dr. Hernandez! ????

This office has no regard for the patients to even answer the phone. No return phone call after leaving multiple voicemails. Terrible.

My son was born with his intestines outside and the day of of his surgery at DHR they told me the surgery would take place at 7am so I arrived at am and my son was already prep my 1 week old baby was under anesthesia for hours and he never showed up to the surgery not even a phone call the nursing staff just said he had had an emergency but they still left my son in PREP. Next day they call me 5 am to tell me he would be doing the surgery at 7am I arrived 25 minyutes after they called me and the doctor had already done the surgery and left. Best Dr. I have ever dealt with. My son 16 yrs of age had a bariatric surgery with him. Everything came out excellent and the service that this Dr provides is extraordinary. His staff is excellent in customer service. If you are thinking of having surgery, this is your doctor. He took care of my child as if he was part of his family.
