Absolute incompetent office staff. I’d give them 0 if I could. The records don’t reflect changes to medications that have been prescribed and getting anyone to communicate is impossible. Don’t waste your time. 5 phone calls and medication still wrong. Horrible

Staff is good but dr. Rahman has no respect for patients, he yells at us, God forbid you should take a supplement for your thyroid. And he refers back to his textbook from 1900. OMG

Dr. Rahman is a straightforward, but thoughtful doctor. He listens to my concerns and always takes into consideration how I am feeling when making med changes. I also appreciate his sense of humor.

Scheduling an appointment is impossible. Phonecalls are never answered and callbacks (IF you get one) take weeks. Unnecessary medications are pushed while life saving meds like test strips and insuling are held hostage, as they continuously "forget" to submit prescriptions so they can be filled. Had alot of fun begging for insulin samples from a nearby hospital. And really enjoyed the ER bill after going DKA. Weird how that happens without insulin. Who knew. FMLA paperwork had to be completed by a seperate office (with a seperate bill ??) as they just never did. Depite numerous reminders. Charges for services that were never rendered, incorrect billing, insurance never recieving bills etc. Etc. It's a mess. Please. Take your family elsewhere. There is no empathy here.

Horrible office environment they “converted” an office space into a doctor’s office with no money into actually rehabbing the office. Doctor Rahman has the worst bedside manner and never follows up with critical results zero communication. Horrible unfriendly poorly managed staff.

My husband and I have been seeing Dr Rahman for many years. He is the kindest, most compassionate doctor and we are doing very well in his care.

After getting my referral to see this doctor I went today. He walked into the room, tells me I look good. Takes half a second to look at my Primary Care physician's paperwork on my thyroid nodules and tells me: "Everybody has thyroid nodules. Your breathing problems when you lie down are imaginary." No exam. He was not the original doctor I came to see. Acted as if I was there asking him to do me a favor. He walked out less than 3 minutes after walking into the room. Need an Endocrinologist? Wrong place, wrong doctor. If test results and blood work shows you have something; go to a real doctor who doesn't treat you as they are doing you a favor, that's why they are getting paid and that's why you pay to have health insurance. Just spoke to my primary care physician about this "professional doctor" she referred me to. After getting my referral to see this doctor I went today. He walked into the room, tells me I look good. Dr. Rahman is a skilled MD with patience, a sense of humor, and a genuine concern for his patients. His manner is warm and friendly. He is very careful and concerned to get the right treatment. However, the office management is a mess. Despite the fact that the people in the office are pleasant, very little seems to work right. It can take days of constant calling to get a simple phone call through. A prescription renewal over the phone can take weeks.
