Dr. Angelo Michael Zervos

Today is 2.29. Over a month ago I called Dr Zervos’ office for a dental appointment. A kind person helped me with the appointment and struggled a bit with the insurance but a few thoughtful calls later found they did take my insurance. I made an appointment for today at 10:20. At 10:00 I walked in to be told there was no appointment and they couldn’t fit me in. I cannot trust a dentist that doesn’t honor their appointment as made pr make amends to correct their errors. I will find another dentist and cannot recommend this shoddy business.

Dr. Steimel was amazing. He spent so much time with my daughter, ensuring that her mouthguard fit correctly and comfortably….all the while being completely patient, professional, and positive. I would highly recommend him!

I advise any current or prospective patients of this practice to seriously consider another office. I have had very unsatisfactory experiences since the new ownership and new management. They pressured me to have a very expensive root scaling/planing procedure. Other than it being $1100.00 as compared to $140 for a regular cleaning, I failed to notice much of a difference in the procedure or the results. Then without explaining they placed me into scheduled program of more frequent visits that cost considerably more money. The first time I came for my scheduled visit I arrived to find out the technician wasn’t there and I would have to reschedule. The appointment was for 10am and you would think they could have notified me before I drove to their office. When I came the following week for the next appointment the reception person had no record of the new appointment. Disturbing! They did get me in and the tech performed what I perceived as a normal cleaning. There was not anything done differently than any of the cleanings I have had done over the last 30 years at this office. The only difference was that it was done in about a third less time than my previous cleanings. The other difference was when I went up to pay the charge was significantly higher because they now called it periodontal care. Also they want me to have this done 4 times per year. This office/practice appears to be primarily concerned with increasing profits at the expense of their patients. I was told by the receptionist that she would relay my concerns to the business manager but she wouldn’t promise I would hear back. I’m done. I feel taken advantage of and misled. That was the last time I will return to this office.

Was referred by a friend under extenuating circumstances for my mother. I can't say enough great things. Literally every step of our experience was kind, professional, and handled with care. Very grateful we found them.

Very gentle and very kind

I love Dr. Zervos and his team! The attention to detail and remembering patients and fun facts about them really makes it easy to relax! Not to mention my teeth are clean and healthy!

Dr Z has been our family dentist for over 38 years. If you are looking for a dentist who genuinely care about each and every patient, look no further. Overall, he has always provided a great office with an excellent staff.

I have been seeing Dr. Zervos and his staff for nearly 25 years. Friendly, clean atmosphere and Dr. Zervos does excellent work and pays attention to your needs. Highly recommend him.

Dr. Zervos has been my family's dentist for years and we are happy with the service we get there.

Dr. Zervos and his staff are kind, funny, and always prompt! I appreciate the care they take with me and our family!

As always, Dr.Z and all who work with him are kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. They are also funny and treat their staff and patients like family. I have been with them for over 30 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I’ve been going to Dr. Zervos for years and I’m treated like family. Every experience has been positive. He took care of a chipped tooth I had before my wedding, and he’s been keeping me smiling ever since.

I was referred to this dentist over 12 years ago. After a car accident, I needed a lot of work done. I spent a lot of money and was haply with the quality of work. The last experience is the reason for this review. I should have demanded that he replaced my crown just like he promised after needing a root canal on the crown less than two weeks after it was permanently cemented. Not only did he not replace it, but he didn’t even put the permanent cement until three years later. So I paid to get a crown, with in two weeks needed to have a root canal on that same tooth paid for that, and then was left with crown with a hole in the middle. When I went to get the hole in the middle of my tooth filled with permanent cement they tried to charge me to cement it. Just be careful and make sure you take everything in writing otherwise what they tell you is not with the follow through with . I was referred to this dentist over 12 years ago. Although a nice guy, his dental work doesn't last.
