Nice man but unfortunately not a good orthopedic! Sent me home to redo what the ER did to my legs instead of him fixing the splint and wraps. I have a broken bone and called 2 days later for pain meds and he is uncomfortable giving me what the ER gave me. So gave me something that does not work at all for pain. Because of having to use a cast boot and crutches I called to have him fill out a portion of a form for a temporary handicap placard and was told by one of the girls again... he is not comfortable doing that! The prescription he did give is not a narcotic by any sense of the word but yet they wouldn't fax it to the pharmacy so I had to figure out myself to get there ro pick it up because once again, he is not comfortable faxing or E-faxing

Worst orthopedic doctor I have ever visited. Waste of time, money and energy. Dr. Parks does not listen at all, told me I was making up the pain in my head and gave me a random medication (not sure why he gave me a medication if supposedly there was nothing wrong). Do not recommend.

Dr. Parks performed rt knee surgery and I developed an very painful condition known as RSD. He, himself said that the pain was excruciating and that I should see a pain management specialist. I have to wait 13 days to see this specialist. Dr. Park did nothing to help with the terrible pain during this wait time. His advice was to message the leg, which really hurt and then hurt worse when I stopped the message. He was not even interested enough to speak to me on the phone. He did not even give me any pain relief during the 13 days, and I am suffering terribly. I have tried every over the counter pain relief, ice and heat, keeping it elevated and a whirlpool bath.. Have made THREE trips to the ER to try to get some relief. I can barely walk. If he feels that his actions are justified, it only proves that he has no empathy for his patients suffering. I did not request strong, heavy pain killers; just something to allow me to function. His answer was to massage it!

Horrible. Would never go back here in my life. Doctor rushed me out of the room.

Have been to Dr Parks several times. He first did the surgery on my knee that my original doctor was scheduled for and all went well. Shattered my wrist playing ball and Dr Parks put everything back together and my wrist and hand work just like new, even though there is a metal plate with 18 screws holding it in place (wouldn't know it based on functionality). Going back a third time now for a torn bicep. Have to give up ball... Office staff is very competent and pleasant, and Dr Parks himself takes the time to explain everything.

AWFUL! Had an appointment at 11:00 AM. At 12 noon I asked the receptionist how much longer? She said I can get you in in about 15 min. Literally waited an hour and 15 min...didn't even get put in an exam room. Asked for my insurance card and ID back. They asked if I wanted to reschedule. I said is the wait always like this? She said yes, he sees all post op, emergencies, and then reg patients. Okay great so book regular patients at a later time. How is that my problem? Seriously 1 hour and 15 min in the waiting room..sorry I have a job too, an infant that needs to be nursed every 2 hrs, and my time is valuable as well. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Tranferrd to dr. Parks because the doc I had for 9 yrs no longer takes my ins. I had been getting knee injections after knee surgery from my previous doc & wished to continue. Dr. P is the 2nd doc I tried. The 1st tried to avoid injections by prescribing meds I has already tried & didn't work. I brought a xray to Dr. P the 1st doc took, he held it in the air & dismissed it like it meant nothing. Ordered injection meds but his staff is so incompetent, they didnt order until 2.5 wks later citing they're so busy. the med was rejected. Did the office inform me? No. Found out by calling my ins. that it was rejected & why, which was because they didn't send any supporting documents as to why I needed these very expensive shots. Now 4 wks have passed. I had to tell them what to do, go back to the office, sign release papers to get records from old doc, have Parks resubmit to ins co. on appeal. I feel like both the doc & staff should have known to submit documents with order. Still waiting

I had a 10:15 appointment, got there at 9:54 and walked out at 11:10. Unacceptable to make patients wait that long. Our time is valuable and should be considered.

I've been seeing Dr. Parks for 2 years now and it has been a great experience. His staff are friendly and accommodating. Dr. Parks is kind, patient and knowledgeable. Wait time is never too long.

Dr. Parks performed knee surgery on my mother and he was absolutely fantastic. Her operation and recovery went very smoothly and Dr. Parks was thorough, professional and very supportive. He was available every step of the way.

I had a complete ACL repair done by Dr. Parks in May of 2016. My knee healed extremely well and I am already back to running 5 miles. Appointments are very easy to schedule and so was my surgery. He explained everything I needed to know and explained any of my concerns. He is a great doctor, but what makes this office better is honestly the ease of appointments. If you want to see the doctor within the week, it can be done. I truly trust his opinions and respect his expertise.

Dr. Parks was good the first appointment I went to. Thoroughly explained condition. Second appointment, he seemed frustrated and limited in treatment options....Told me to see a spinal specialist. Apparently the back is not his area of expertise. I appreciate his honesty, certainly wish he would have said that the first appointment though.

My experiences with Dr. Anthony Parks and his staff have been extremely positive. He and staff were courteous, capable, and considerate. The office staff was able to fit my brother-in-law in immediately on January 29, 2016. He broke his foot. I have complete confidence in Dr. Parks expertise. I would highly recommend him.

Dr Parks listens and thoroughly explains issues. He does not immediately jump to surgery as the solution. I trust his judgement based upon experience we had when he treated my wife and as he treats me.
