Dr. Papa and his staff are wonderful! They are very friendly, nice and most of all do a great job!!! I definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a good dentist.

My first time here and I absolutely love it! I’ve been in between dentists for a very long time. Dr Papa is very thorough and was able to detect everything i needed to get done to my teeth! Linda did an amazing teeth cleaning and Kathy the front desk receptionist is an absolute doll. 10/10 recommend coming here!

I am one of those people who never writes reviews whether for good or bad experiences at businesses. It just takes too long and like everyone else my life is just too busy. However, in this case I feel obligated to let others know about my recent first time interaction with Dr. Papa and staff at Northwest Dental Center. From my initial call about a broken tooth they were courteous, friendly, and efficient. They offered to let me come in that same day on an emergency basis. When I did come in they had already confirmed my appt. time to remind me and got my insurance info, so I didn't need to do it in the office. When I arrived I was impressed by how the whole group operated as a competent, well oiled team. It is obvious that they know what they are doing and respect each other. The most important thing was, that even though my condition involved several hours of grinding and mouth work, there was no pain or severe discomfort! I was able to relax and totally rely on their expertise. Who could have imagined being able to feel relaxed and comfortable during a big procedure at the dentist's office? While nobody looks forward to going to the dentist or wants to have major dental work done, when you do need to have dental work done, you can't find a better place to go to than Northwest Dental Center. I must emphasize, that everyone at the office did their part to make my time at the dental center a full five stars experience. I commend their commitment to their patients and the high degree of skill, hard work, and overall professionalism exhibited. If I could give them 10 stars I would! I have to let Dr Papa and the total staff there know, just as much as other people considering a place to go for dental work, how exceptional Northwest Dental Center is. Thank you! While I don't plan on writing more reviews, I do plan on going back to my new dentist for work in the future. Dr. Papa has been my dentist for about two years now and I absolutely love the atmosphere. All his staff are nice and he cares about your teeth. I just got a crown put it and it was quick and painless. I will continue coming here!

Made me pay out of pocket for unnecessary fillings and proclaimed cavities. They removed my fillings to replace them with composite ones. He also placed two composites on my front teeth that weren't even planned on - only to bill me and for them to fall out a week later. I went to a new dentist and they didn't find any cavities or problems with my current fillings. Should have known that it was all about money when he tried super hard to convince me to get my wisdom teeth taken out from his "buddy from college". Dudes decent. Told me what I needed done and provided reasons why and explained everything to me. He also gave me advice on how to take care of my teeth and what I’ve been doing wrong. Can’t complain, Dr. Papa is legit and knows exactly what he’s doing.

Our family has been going to Dr. Papa for as long as I can remember. He and his office staff are extremely nice and genuinely caring. They work with our family budget, and never push me to have work I cant afford at the moment. He has been very good taking care of us at a moment's notice when an emergency arises.
