Excellent staff! Honest and fair priced.

I have a fear of dentists. So I’m very hesitant to go see one. I met Dr Thai maybe 13 years ago. The first time I saw him he was very gentle and he explained everything to me. I knew exactly how much the bill would be because the office explained everything. I have never had a problem with him or his staff. Booking an appointment is never a problem. I found him by word of mouth and I’m glad my friend Linda told me about him. Thank you for all your hard work and putting up with my crazy fear of dentists.

Nice doctor, easy scheduling and nice receptionist. He did a great job on my bone graft and doesn't push for more work than is necessary.

I booked my appointment over a week ago as a new patient for a cleaning. I confirmed my appointment a couple of times and for 5/28/21 4:45pm. I called today 5/27/21 to let them know my previous dental office will be sending them my dental records. The lady I spoke with stated I'm booked for 6/11/21. I insisted they made a mistake because I'm very detailed on my schedule and I also checked my google calendar. I waited and was put on hold. Another asian lady got on the line and asked if I was being helped? I told her I was put on hold. She said she is busy now and her name is Sara and she is the office manager. I explained to I'm a new patient and it's not starting off good. I told her I scheduled around my work schedule to make this appointment and she replied stating we make mistakes and it's not a big deal. I told her it is a big deal and she then replied stating you're not a right candidate for this office and she does not like my attitude and hung up on me! I called back to talk to the doctor and she was rude again and said you're not a patient and you have no right to talk to the doctor! Why are you making a big deal! Go somewhere else! I can't believe this lady! She must be the doctor's wife to treat people this badly! I read another review and he is saying the same thing about Sara. This dentist is Awesome. Very friendly and very honest. I will not go any where else. Highly recommend!!

Doc was a kind and very nice man. But kindness doesn’t make my teeth better.

My whole family goes here and we absolutely love it! My husband and daughters have a fear of dentist but here they have no fears. The dental staff explains exactly what needs to be done. I would highly recommend anyone to go here.

Awsome staff. The doctor strives for only the best dental work done. I never to sit long waiting. I heard about them though word of mouth about 5 yrs ago. They reconstructed my friends mouth back then and looked great. Last month reconstructed my mouth and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend them!

I've been going to this dentist for over 10 years. They're probably one of the best in the SCV. I've referred numerous people here and they all have great things to say. They are very friendly and nice. They are always concerned your comfort during any procedure. The staff and the doctors (dentists) are very knowledgeable and friendly. My wife sand children feel comfortable and never complain of abnormal pain when getting any type of work done on their mouths. The prices are reasonable oppose to the other practices in the area. I'd highly recommend this practice.

Dr. Thai was listed as one of the covered Dentists on my insurance plan. On my first visit I was expecting only a consultation. He did a consultation, x-rays, and after explaining the work, which would be required, in order to get my teeth into a healthy state, again, he performed some of the work, on the same visit. He was direct, kind, thorough and considerate, while working fast and was very professional. I am very pleased, and he is one of the best Dentists I have had.
