I loved my visit! Everyone was so welcoming and made me feel seen as a patient. Dr. Cardenas took the time to make sure I understood everything and I felt cared for the way a patient should!

Dr Cárdenas is wonderful!!! My daughters’s teeth were a nightmare and within 18 months, they were almost normal! She still has baby teeth that need to come out, but I am very happy with the results so far. I will recommend Dr Cardenas 100%, he is the best!

I had my braces for two years and they felt like they flew by. Each visit was simple and easy. Any questions or concerns I had were answered/explained. I was even rewarded for not popping any brackets. I went to the Grayson location and I like the space. The appointment wait time wasn’t ever too long as I feel the staff all work diligently to keep the day’s schedule. The office is polite and friendly! All gaps in my smile were closed, my bite is now correct, and my smile is straight/natural looking. I love looking at my teeth in the mirror or whenever I get a glimpse of them in pictures, I feel like a movie star! Thanks Dr. C and thank you to the amazing staff!

As someone with high anxiety especially when it comes to any kind of dental work, I can’t say enough good things about my experience here and everyone at this practice! My daughter came here for her braces and watching her go through it with them made me finally want to face my fears and do the same for myself. From beginning to end, I was walked through the entire process on my journey with braces and I can honestly say I will miss them once it’s all over. They are all so kind and sweet and really listen to my concerns and answer all of my questions all while keeping me comfortable during any visit. I highly recommend them to anyone, especially anyone that has as much anxiety about dental work as I have. Thank you all for everything! Dr.Cardenas is an amazing doctor and always gives the best care when i go! Also the staff is super nice and they get working on you right away. I never have to sit there and wait longer than 5 minutes!

I had my braces done with Dr. Cardenas in 2009 soon after he first opened the practice in Grayson, GA. It’s now 2021, so 12 years later, and I still have beautiful straight teeth and wouldn’t dare trust any other orthodontist with my smile. If I’ve ever broken or lost a retainer through the years (which I have done multiple times), Dr. Cardenas and his team have gone out of their way to squeeze me in for an appointment and get me taken care of quickly. Dr. Cardenas takes pride in his patients smiles and genuinely cares about the longevity of their perfectly straight teeth. In 20-30 years, I will still be raving about my experience with his practice and I can’t wait to bring my own children to him in a few years for their braces!

The staff and doctors were really good! As this was an initial consultation/visit, we were so very impressed with the thoroughness of details involved in getting braces. Things have changed a lot since wearing braces in the 70's. We left feeling very informed and comfortable and are happy that we chose Embrace Orthodontics for our son. A complete inconvenience. Sitting out in our vehicle in this hot weather was horrible! I have 5 children and one of them a toddler. When we walked in and had to have our temp taken and our feet sprayed and were made to wear booties it was a horrible experience that I wouldn’t want my kids to have again. I am in no way upset with embrace. I know it isn’t your fault. But I’m being honest. And I dread any future appointments like the one today.

Rosa was amazing with my 9 year old son who came in today. She was caring and compassionate towards his feelings. We had a few dramatic moments with him but she was able to get the job done with professionalism. I can't wait to see how his teeth and his love towards going to the orthodontist change over time.

I love Embrace amd would recommend to everyone. My only concern is that the person making appointments should be a bit more accommodating while making appoinments. I I didn't particularly like her tone when I asked for an early appointment. She said the earliest for an early morning would be 9 wks out. I then requested next avaialble regardless of time of day because I didn't want to wait 9 weeks. So instead of accommodating my requesy right away, she continued to insist that nothing was available. I had to repeatedly ask/ confirm and reiterate "any time of day" before she bent. She even made it a point to say "its 6 to 8 weeks for next appointment. This really didn't sit well with me because we have always been treated with the highest level of professionalism with every single staff member. This was the only time I didn't feel warm and fuzzy about my experience. So perhaps a bit more listening and understanding the client's request would help. I shouldn't have to say " I don't want to wait that long", "are you completely booked?" Only to find out that you did actually have available appointments within 6 weeks.

Today my daughter had a checkup. She went to the desk to check in, was told she was checked in. We waited and noticed everyone that came after us went back. I went back to the desk and asked. They said oh no you have been here for 30 min. They immediately took us back and apologized. They apologized again when we left. I cannot say enough about how very thankful and satisfied I am with Dr. Cardenas and his staff. Upon entering the office you are greeted with by a very welcoming atmosphere and staff. You are provided with a tour of the facility so that you are acclimated to the process. The consultation was very detailed and engaging. Dr. Cardenas and his entire staff addressed all of our questions to our satisfaction. Dr. Cardenas was very detailed and was not intimidating and possessed a very excellent bed side manner. He took time educating both my Son and I on the recommended services and I didn’t feel as if I was being up-sold for services that we didn’t need. Both he and his staff spoke directly to my Son (who is 16 yrs of age) to ensure that he was included in the process. On top of the great service we received, it was a relief when we were informed of the affordable payments as well. Overall, I would HIGHLY recommend Embrace Orthodontics for their QUALITY service, patient care, and overall EXCELLENT orthodontic care!
