Everyone is great!

The doctors have been great. The staff has not. I've been going to Summa for years and always loved them. But ever since I got pregnant, I've had nothing but issues getting messages to doctors, scheduling appointments, and getting test results. I finally switched to OBGYN Associates of Akron. I'll go back to Summa for my routine care after the babies come.

Very simple and easy to find the offices you need to go to- and as always, Summa staff is wonderful!!

Dr. Ferris is thorough, handles my crazy questions like a pro, and just has the best bedside manner!

This was my first visit with Dr. Ferris. I was most pleased. Most ladies don’t look forward to this exam, myself included. Those feelings diminished as he made me feel extremely comfortable while asking all the right questions. I knew he was a good listener by his responses. I knew he had paid attention to my medical chart before entering the room. I would definitely recommend him.

Dr. Ferris is always upfront with me. Honest. Caring. Professional. Calm. His bedside manner has always been impeccable!! I have been seeing him for 17 years now. He is trustworthy!! Thank you Dr. Ferris!!

Dr. Ferris listens to your concerns and provides you options. He's very attentive and does anything and everything he can to provide you the best possible service. He has been my OBGYN off and on over the last 18 years and I'm so pleased that he is in this line of work.
