If you're having ear issues that need imminent (say 2 weeks even a month attention) then don't go this office. It took me 3 months to get an appointment - just a consult NOT scheduling surgery here - and then they canceled my appointment within a month out. No explanation. So guess what, to reschedule, the best they can do is another 2 months out. Thus, if you're in need of ear attention, this is not the place for you. They need to have better scheduling practices. Going elsewhere.

I have seen dr Stratigouleas since about 2005. I had a massive sinus infection that required surgery to open the sinuses up and repair a deviated septum. I have had life long sinus, ear, and allergies. Dr. S is so good that any time someone asks about a good ENT doctor, I always send them to him. See him if you need an ENT, you won't be disappointed! I'm writing this review because when I was searching for an ENT, I could not find guidance for finding a competent doctor with good bedside manner. Dr. Stratigouleas is all the above. I never feel rushed in my appointments with him. He comes in explains everything, sits down and makes me feel so comfortable. Being in the medical field I am very particular about my choices of providers and I have been thoroughly impressed, not only by his bedside manner but by his recommendations for care. He sent me to a GI MD that he himself uses and recommended PT for an issue I've been having. He is super thorough and I appreciate that so much. When choosing him as your ENT, you can rest assure that you are in competent hands. I never feel rushed in my appointments with him. He comes in explains everything, sits down and makes me feel so comfortable. Dr. Stratigouleas is simply marvelous. I've had ear problems since infancy. This man has saved my hearing and probably my life as well. Tucson is lucky to have this man in our community.

Honestly best ENT in town in my opinion. I came into his office for an ear problem, and during the appointment, I remembered that I had issues with my tonsils. He looked at my tonsils, and scheduled me surgery right away. None of my doctors have seen my tonsils as a problem, ans they were honestly so big I could not eat when I got sick. Dr Stratagouleas took care of me right away, the tonsil and adenoidectomy surgery went well, and I had a very fast recovery time. Dr stratagouleas was also able to help me with my allergies as well. Excellent Doctor... was thorough, but didn't do more than needed... hearing test was very useful too. Friendly guy... and knows what he is doing.

Dr Stratiguouleas is an outstanding doctor. He is truly one that listens and is honest with his recommendations. Overall, I am so happy and pleased that I am in good hands.

New? Yes. Fancy? Yes. Nice Staff? Yes. But still, my experience was bad where it mattered most: Effective health care. 1) The Doctor doubted I had reoccurent Strep Throat, even though I had documented proof. 2) I had to ask her to test it, because she had no plans on doing a swab, nor do they offer a quick strep test option, like a cheaper and more convenient Minute Clinic. 3) She minimized the lab results of another qualified medical institution 4) I know the difference between a tonsil stone and step throat. I have strep regularly, hence why I came for help. Trust your patients. 5) They LOST my sample. Whether the blame falls on LabCorp or not, it doesn't show good chain of custody, management, or customer service. I currently have another case of strep throat (who would have guessed it was reoccurrent...) and I can't get another appointment because the lead time is incredibly long. My last appointment was already lucky due to a cancellation. So what to do? Go to a minute clinic for faster service, then bring more documentation, for it to be brushed off, my sample lost again, at a higher cost, knowing full well they won't sign off on surgery? It only gets 2 stars because I know someone else will have a positive experience due to my first sentence. But for me, once was enough. New? Yes. Fancy? Yes. Nice Staff? Yes. In nov 2008 dr stratigouleas was my sugeon. I had been diagnosed stage 4 head&neck cancer. He did a radical neck resection. Cut from top of ear to middle of throat. Expected scaring. Amazed at results. No scarring unless you look close. Nothing but high praises fot doc. I was not the best of patients.

Dr Stratigouleas and his staff were amazing! Check in was quick and friendly, his Medical Assistant was kind and professional. Dr Stratigouleas topped off the visit by being the most patient, and caring Doctor. We actually felt his sincerity. He spent a lot of time listening, and did an amazing job explaining what we could expect from todays visit as well as what we could expect in the future. His bed side manner was kind and very endearing making us feel confident in selecting him for our doctor. We would highly recommend Dr. Stratigouleas to anyone looking for solid and positive results for any age patient. You won't be disappointed! Thank you Dr. Stratigouleas!! 6 years of going to this doctor, and I must say, he’s the greatest. Sharp, personable, very competent surgeon too. Frankly, he saved my life, and I am forever greatful. Wish they were all like this guy! He takes his time with you, and very caring. I was bragging about him one day to an appointment setter with Radiology Ltd, and it turned out he saved her life too!

Dr. Stratigouleas is friendly, sympathetic and approachable. He takes the time to explain what is happening and orders appropriate test to confirm his diagnosis before recommending any radical or invasive procedure. I trust him and like him.
