Do not go here. Twice waited two hours. The first time, he saw me for maybe 5 minutes. Second time I left. Rediculous and no respect for your time.

I waited 2 hours ..worse experience ever. I would not recommend this office to anyone.

I went to doctor Webster for the first time yesterday very professional.ENT. he suggested I needed surgery I feel confident and positive about having this procedure done.

Extremely grateful for this office and Dr. Webster today. They were able to get an appointment for my 1.5 year old to see Dr. Webster the same day as my daughter starting having complications from surgery performed the week before. Unfortunately her ENT was out of town at the time. He was extremely patient, kind, and thorough while my daughter was screaming in pain on the floor and I was crying! Thank you again for treating us so well on such short notice. Especially since this was our first visit. Extremely grateful for this office and Dr. Webster today. Waited 2 hours in the examing room and doctor did not even examine me. walked out after 2hours and was not even acknowledged by the staff. The waiting room was empty as the 5 patients that came after me were not there.

Worst experience I ever had with a Dr office. They have no respect for their patients. I have been calling for 3 days (5 phone calls) to have a copy of my prescription so I can take my medicines and I'm still waiting. The only answer I had each time I called is : We will call you back. Which they never did. My prescription is already in my folder so it will literally take 5 minutes to have it ready. Plus keep in mind that they don't send the prescription to your pharmacist, so you need to physically drive to their location to pick it up Worst experience I ever had with a Dr office. I just want an email address to reach someone after my surgery since I can not make phone calls without going into tears. Additionally, probably not a good idea to call someone the day after their surgery to check on them if they can't even talk on the phone. Suggestion: Have the patient leave the contact number of the person who drove them home (since I'm sure that would be someone reliable, hopefully) and get an update from them. Don't put the patient through most pain than is needed. Besides that and from what I've read on the recovery of the surgery, it seems like everything went well during and I'm recovering...slowly... but still, recovering. To that end, I gave a higher score. OH and by the way, on the answer machine for the office "0" which is an option given doesn't work... so yeah, please fix it or take the option off there please. Dr Ellis Webster is the best ENT in West Palm Beach! He listens to his patients, he is pleasant and an excellent surgeon! His staff is also courteous and pleasant. I would recommend this office to my family and friends!

My daughter had been a patient now for over 10 years , but hasn't been in the last 3. We went in for a check up and yes things change but the front desk workers were unprofessional not rude, just new. I left work early, my kids left school early in order to make this appointment. I waited for over an hr only to be told that they could not see her unless I had a payment of $100 or more. Grant it, it's my responsibility to pay, but with your new rules you should have let that be known before someone books their appointments and make all the changes to make it there! He saved my life! Saw three Dr.s and two emergency room visits. No one could tell me why I was hemorrhaging from nose and throat. Everyone said it was just a 3 hour nosebleed. It happened 4 times. Saw Dr Webster and he took out my packing and sent me right to the hospital and did surgery in the next hour to repair arteries. I can't thank him enough. God Bless Dr. Webster

Dr. Webster just did surgery on me and it was an excellent procedure. Everybody at the hospital also told me that Dr. Webster is their best neck surgeon. A great experience.

9:30 am Appointment - waited 2 1/2 hours! GREAT doctor... sinful overbooking :-(

Great doctor. Caring and concerned. Takes times to get to know each patient. Does all that he can to resolve a health issue.

Dr. Webster is the best. He's very gentle and takes time with patients. He took my tonsils out which I was very nervous about since I am an adult. His staff was on top of all my needs. My fiance was also his patient and he was just as great.

Best Dr I've come across in a long time..Down to earth..very humorous..very thorough...I'd recommend highly!
