He seems competent. However, is unreachable as he lists 6 unaffiliated locations and no one knows how to reach him. Finally, since all his records are on paper, you are unlikely to get any useful answer unless he happens to be near the place where records are.

No customer service, site also appears to be like a fraudulent web Paige , the product does not work . I purchased thru Amazon for 290 to avoid fraudulent charges to my card. I would like a refund if you stand behind you product. We’ll paid people to push a scam of a product.

The office staff on University Drive are extremely rude. Yelling at patients & rolled eyes when asked questions

Dr Ciliberti is an excellent doctor who quickly diagnosed my condition, prescribed the remedy, and changed my life. With prisms in my glasses I can now drive again. I really thank him and his wonderful staff for their professional attention.
