I have been seeing Dr. Bichefsky for two years and I am very lucky to have found her. She is great and so are Leslie and Erica who have worked there since I started, as well. They’re all very caring and friendly.

The best doctor I’ve ever had. Doctor B is amazing and the nurses Erica and Leslie care just as much. Sobriety has never been this successful for me! They’re extremely invested in their patients well being and do all they can to help yet still ask the hard questions and keep you accountable. I moved 9 hours away and still refuse to give up this office! I won’t change doctors for anything! The best doctor I’ve ever had. Wait times are ridiculous. At least an hour to an hour and a half past appointment every time. Clearly bottom line is the only concern here.

A very caring Dr n staff

The visit was very helpful and Dr Bichefsky truly cares. She helped me address my issue and suggested a course of action. Highly recommended.

Sometimes the wait is a little long but all the nurses are really nice and so is Dr Bichefsky. Also i came out to them as a trans man and they've all been really supportive and call me by my real name, so this place is trans friendly

If you truly care about your sobriety this is the best place you can go. Kind, caring staff and a top notch doctor that will not only help you get down to the main root of your problem but will also help you create a plan to get your life back on track. Kind caring doctor who actually cares about your recovery. Erica at the front goes way above and beyond to help you with ANYTHING you need. Thanks to Dr. B and her staff I have 15 months of sobriety. Update: Thanks to Dr. B, Erica, & Leslie I am now 2 months shy of 3 years of sobriety. Anyone who says anything negative about this practice is not doing what they are supposed to do to stay sober. The wait times are ABSOLUTELY ridiculous

She is my doctor and she is caring and compassionate and takes a lot of time with me and help develop a program for my health.

I have been with this practice for a few years and have felt very comfortable in all aspects-- the staff is welcoming, the facility is clean and warm. The doctor really pays attention to what I have to say-- listened to the entire story and didn't just focus on what I thought my problem was-- but helped me with some poor choices I was making in my lifestyle. I am very happy and highly recommend this practice

Amazing doctor, genuinely cares about her patients.

The most caring and compassionate doctor I have ever met. I was completely hopeless before I met Dr. B. I was a drug addict and had tried many times to get sober. After my first visit I never used again. I have been sober over 2 years and I know I owe it all to Dr. B, Erica, and the rest of the staff. I can honestly say that they saved my life. I would recommend this doctor to anyone.

I found the doctor rude and condescending. She never calls back if you request a call from her. She also delegates her front desk to do everything. It appears she doesnt like to get involved with her patients outside her office.

Dr Bichefsly has been my primary care physician since 2002. She is a brilliant diagnostician. She listens intently and does not rush through visits. Her bedside manner is friendly and sincere.

Did all recommended treatmenta and my haor grows back more than before treatments. I attempted to call to inquire what they could do and was advised that my records were no longer available. Very disappointed! I dont want to give them one star!!

My experience about a month ago. 5:45 arrival. 6pm appointment 6-7pm waiting room 7-8:25pm doctor's room. 8:25 - 8:30pm actual doctors appointment. Half hour to one hour total wait time could be acceptable. About two and a half hours is unnacceptable. It hasn't been just one time or just at an specific time. The wait times are extreme almost every time.

Dr Bichefsky truly cares about the whole being of her patients. She actually spends time with them to get to the real issues

If you make an appointment at this office, take a sleeping bag with you! I waited an hour and a half past my appointment time to see the doctor, who then got interrupted 3 different times while in the room with me. First of all, who has that kind of time to sit and wait for the doctor? I certainly don't, and my time is just as important as hers is. And the interruptions are inexcusable. I think she is smart, and probably a good doctor, but I won't be returning. Just can't wait that long.

I arrived at 5:15 for a 6pm appointment and was in the waiting room until 7pm. Then I waited another 20 minutes in the doctors room to be seen by Dr. Bichefsky for all of 10 minutes. (routine med check.)
