Dr. Heerwagen was very thorough and took the time to listen to my concerns. His information was very helpful.

Saw him. He did X-rays & MRI. PA called & gave results. Scheduled surgery, He did a good job explaining what was wrong.

Extremely knowledgeable and caring Orthopedic Surgeon! Describes in detail what the problems are and nails the treatment options.

Dr. Heerwagen and his nurses are excellent! He always well informs me of my options and I never feel rushed. Feel blessed if you can receive medical care from him!

Maybe only draw back was paperwork, wish they did it all online ahead of time, so thats why only 4 stars. Doctor took his time to explain everything.

Everything was great! I couldn’t have asked for a better Dr and team to assist me during my injury. Dr Heerwagen made sure that everything was in my best interest for me. Dr. Heerwagen has been my Ortho for over 10 years. I don’t see him often but when I do I know I’m in great hands! He explains my injuries very well! His Assistant Tara is very caring, nice and informative.

I saw Dr Herrwagen as a follow-up for a fractured kneecap I sustained in FL. It was a much better experience than I had in FL. The whole team from intake through X-ray and brace specialist was patient and concerned for my comfort. Dr Heerwagen reviewed the X-rays with me and spent time ensuring I knew exactly what I was dealing with, and what my options were and healing plan looked like.

Badly sprained possibly broken hand/wrist. Consummate professional took great?care of me and more importantly, put my mind at ease knowing I was right where I needed to be.

My husband was in excruciating pain in his hip & back. He couldn't sit, stand, or lie down. Dr. refused to give him anything for pain. Sadly, Veterinarians are much better helping manage pain for their patients than this Dr. ????????

Would recommend Dr. Heerwagon for knees any time. Knows his knees.

Didn’t have to wait. Everyone was professional and friendly. The best part is my knee is feeling better.

I am so glad he was recommended. He fixed my torn meniscus and explained everything.

I am very pleased to have Dr. Heerwagen as my Orthopedist. He is a good listener and explains issues in easy to understand terms.

Dr Heerwagen took time to discuss concerns, explained X-rays, talked about treatment. He answered my questions, and took time to insure I was good with results.

After viewing the x-rays Dr. Heerwagen gave me options for treating the arthritis. I appreciated that he started with the least invasive treatment, but also explained options that could help if the cortisone shot did not give relief. The shot has helped with the pain. MRI was ok, bu trying to get results is a PIA. Nobody answers direct line I was given, "please leave a message". Got tired of calling it; I am at work and cannot receive personal calls while at work. Oh, and she isn't there after 4pm, and she is "in surgery" on Friday and Tuesday. This is like whack-a-mole.

1star for them being on time . 1 Star for how polite all the employees are. I went to see DR Dickerson for pains in my hand and wrists. I was looking for answers , preventive measures and suggestions to alliveite the issues. I got a 10 min speech from the doctor , he talked so fast and never has a actual point that I have no idea what happened. I asked questions and he made me fell dumb because he felt he already answered it during his generic speech. Preventive options , none he said. No offers of stretches or maybe antiflammatory over the counter. Nothing. He offered a blood test , and told me to call back and get the results ,he even said I had to call because people get upset that they don’t call u. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Dr Heerwagan was knowledgeable, answered my questions and was helpful in making sure I understood his diagnosis.

I was visiting my daughter and I fell and broke my wrist! Everyone there was so nice. The Doctor and his staff took excellent care of me.

Dr. Heerwagon performed a total hip replacment and I am healing nicely. All of my appointments were quick and easy. And Dr. Herrwagon is very nice and professional. Two ????????.

I've never been so comfortable and educated about an injury in my life. Dr. Heerwagen takes the time to show what the issue is and how to remedy the issue, which in this case, did not require surgery. I will definitely recommend Dr. Heerwagen and his staff to everyone who needs orthopedic diagnosis and treatment.

Dr.Heerwagen and his team are outstanding. I feel blessed that that he did my knee replacement. The preparation, the class, the videos, all made the TKR much less stressful. Being educated in the process made my experience comfortable as I knew what was happening. Also, my PT was challenging and beneficial with continuing improvement.

Dr. Heerwagen is the best! He has performed four surgeries on me and he is very thorough. He is spot on with all his diagnoses and is able to tell me everything that is going on. His entire office staff is kind and professional. I highly recommend him. Listen to him and you will be fine.

Dr Heerwagen has been helping me with old, tired arthritic knees. Replaced my right knee in late September and it is New Years now and I’m totally satisfied with his work! I trust him whole heartily. I met no less than 4 people working in the hospital that he has performed surgery on with great success. We know that I will need the left knee in a few years and I will use him again. He has been a blessing in my life.

Dr Heerwagen removed a large tumor from my thigh and the surgery went so smoothly. My post op course also went smoothly. he answered all my questions and has an excellent bedside manner. He has also treated other members of my family and they have done very well under his care. I would go to Dr Heerwagen again.

I am deeply unsatisfied with Dr. Heerwagen's attitude towards his patients. My husband went to see him twice and Dr spent not more than 3 minutes with him, saying that everything looks good, although my husband told him, that he had increasing pain each day. We had to go to another doctor, who sent my husband for MRI to finally find what was bothering him. My advice for Dr. Heerwagen would be to pay more attention to his patients. I would not recommend this doctor, as according to our experience he was careless and didn't want to spend more than a few minutes with my husband. Very bad experience! Dr Heerwagen is absolutely great! Never thought I'd find a knee Dr that I like as much as Dr Fred Barnes but I think he just might make the grade! He is so knowledgeable and has a great bedside manner. Ok, so he can't talk like Donald Duck, but he's a keeper any way. ????

Knowledgeable, professional, but also personal. I felt that he saw me as a person and not just another operation he was performing. He answered my questions in a way that was understandable to a lay person.
