Dr. McKee is always very good at listening to my questions and concerns. She is always very thorough with her health assessments and provides me with excellent health care.

Thorough virtual visit that resulted in diagnosis and meds to get me over my Illness.

Dr. McKee was really nice and explained what was needed and why. I liked the way she got right to it and explained things concisely.she seemed very knowledgeable and was easy to talk to. It’s nice to know and have spoken with another Doctor in this group!!!

Dr McKee is a wonderful physician. She's extremely thorough and, if there's an issue, she takes the time to explain it clearly. I never experience a wait time at my appointments. I am blessed to have her as my doctor.

I’ve been a patient of Dr McKee’s for almost a decade now and I’ve always felt welcome and like she was attentive to my concerns. Each time I’ve brought up an issue she immediately thinks of advice/suggestions and looks for ways to address them. I’ve always been impressed with how she treats me and I’ve even heard compliments from specialists I’ve been referred that see the medical notes she takes.

Dr. McKee is direct, to the point, and doesn’t waste my time. I can get an appointment quickly and get in and out of the office and on with my life.

Dr. McKee is a very easy doctor to talk to. She is concise and caring. I am very comfortable with her and the practice.

She listens to, answers any questions you have. Explains everything on your test results.

I LOVE Dr McKee, she fits perfectly with the culture where I grew up, The Netherlands. The Dutch are very straight forward and I have noticed that my fellow Americans can have a hard time with that. I like to hear straight and to the point from my Doctor. Very important!!

I am a new patient but my wife goes here. I am glad I could get in to see Dr Jean McKee. She is very patient and very helpful. Check in and out was very efficient. The office is very convenient on Route 23.

She is the absolute best with patients with diabetes and asthma. She is the first doctor I had that I actually felt cared about me. Her current office is 1 hour from my house. Dr. McKee as well as all of the staff at Mt Carmel do an incredible job. Wait times are a minimum. Dr. McKee always does a great job reviewing my concerns with me. She doesn't rush through the visit and spends whatever time necessary to address the reasons for my visit.

I always receive sound advice and efficient diagnosis. I appreciate knowing that when I call in and leave a voice message, I will receive a prompt reply. Dr. McKee's nurse and the rest of the office staff are friendly and helpful. Thank you!

I am a fairly new patient with Dr. McKee. She impressed me with her ability to quickly and thoroughly discover and address new health issues that arose. Her staff has been very helpful in the orientation process of the check in system and computer communications. Her initial conversation was encouraging as we reviewed my family history, medications, and reviewing of medical status. I feel like I have found a physician that listens and is a true advocate for my health care journey.

I am shocked by the complaints on here about Dr McKee.. she has been a very helpful, kind and patient doctor for me and my daughter. I would not want to go to anyone else. I trust her 100% with my health needs.

Dr. Mckee is competent, professional, willing to explain and answer my questions. I have communicated with her through the Mt. Carmel patient portal during the pandemic and she responds quickly and precisely. She gives me straight, no BS recommendations and advice. I need a smart doctor, not a nanny, and Dr. McKee is excellent.

The WORST doctor I have ever had in my life and I lived in 10 different countries. She should be ashamed of herself and shouldn’t be practicing medicine, nevertheless seeing patients. I asked her to send 2 referrals to my insurance. I had to call her several times and she finally did it, but 2 days later I received a certified letter from her saying that she didn’t want me in her practice anymore. We complained to the Mount Carmel hot line and after further investigation they apologized to us and deleted the letter from my records. She refused to serve our family saying that my expectations were unrealistic. I just asked her to do her job. I am a military patient and my insurance needs referrals for everything. After scheduling with another doctor in another practice I heard that everyone hates her and they don’t understand while she is still around! My husband fought for this Country and this is what we get!

I have been a patient with Dr. McKee for years. She has always been very professional, listens to you and asks questions to help her with the best treatment possible. She is proactive in medical issues and offers additional ways to help. I would highly recommend her for all your needs.

She is the most horrible physician I have ever met in my life. She is rude, all about money and knows very little other than sending you to other special ist. If there was an option of zero I would like to give her that. Maybe because she thought I was Muslim based on my attire or she just lacks knowledge she mistreated me by being verbally insulting and being unkind. I found her insulting and unkind. Her bedside manner was very unprofessional. I don't mind a doctor who is all business and straight to the point but she was downright rude. Dr. McKee was a literal answer to prayer. I struggled to find a good doctor for my wife that we could both trust for months. Dr. McKee is patient and direct in her answers and explanations, which is exactly what we needed. I will also say that every other medical professional we have dealt with has asked my wife if she felt safe at home, WHILE I was in the room. Dr. McKee on the other hand, gently asked me to leave the room while she asked my wife if she felt safe at home. I bring this up because I always felt that if an abused woman was asked this question while her abuser was present, that it would be difficult to say something. Dr McKee is a wonderful and caring doctor. A lot of complaints on here are from people who don't understand how things work in the medical field. She is rather straight forward and to the point, which may come off as rude if you prefer things sugar coated. She is a talented and caring physician and I strongly recommend her.

She has been my doctor for years but after today I'm done with her. I got her nurse practitioner, I have a history of muscle spasms due to dislocated shoulder, but the nurse practitioner literally refused to look at it or address not at all and said I will have to make another appointment . Worst Dr experience I've ever had, left in pain and literally no services were done at all. I will be contacting my insurance company to dispute any payment at all... Zero stars.

Dr. McKee is an excellent physician who not only asks questions but listens to your answers in a thoughtful and caring manner. When necessary, she provides literature to further explain the information and solutions to your diagnoses. The office staff also reflects Dr. McKee's caring nature.

I saw Dr. McKee for a few years. She's okay if you only have colds, flu, etc. I kept trying to explain for three years that something was seriously wrong with my thyroid. Eventually I was referred to an endocrinologist after Dr. McKee had clearly become extremely annoyed that I was still saying something was wrong and it turned out that I had the one of worst cases of Hashimotos my endo had ever seen. I wish Dr. McKee had taken me seriously at the beginning so I didn't remain sick for years.

If I could give this doctor zero stars, then I would have definitely done that! Dr. Jean McKee is the worst doctor I have ever been too. She wants patients who see the doctor at least once a month. If you don't have many illnesses and only go to the doctors once or twice a year, then she will hate you! I came to see her after 5 months because I only needed to get some blood work, but she just screamed at me the whole time because she said I'm not giving her any business. AVOID THIS DOCTOR!
