We had the worst experience ever. Unprofessional stuff, the place is not the cleanest, every time you have to wait outside for at least 10-15 minutes even you have an appointment !! The door is always locked i never see this at any doctor office! This place will make me feel like you are not in the US.

Do not bring your child here unless you want them to develop an eating disorder.

Do not lecture me on getting an experimental vaccine and insinuate that I am a bad parent if I don't when you're being paid to examine my daughter.

I think she is a great doctor I did not rate this 5 star Bc It could be better but she is a good doctor

Dr. Chinchilla is very thorough and knowledgeable. She does not rush out of the room like other dr's we have seen. She really spends time with the patient and asks a lot of questions so that she can find the best solution. She also gives super helpful advice in regards to toddler behavior. I should of listened to my friends, I regret everyday to how much my daughter changed from the moment you injected her after our last vacation, lost all her speech, called and called never answered one from call from your unprofessional staff, she was crying and crying , screaming from 5-7pm for months, febrile seizures, her stomach got all ezcema, it changed and you never said what it was, you never cared once, you still continued giving her all the missing vaccines. Once urine test took 8 days for results! How come you never mentioned anything a program called Birth-3 or speech therapy,OT, or send a referral for evaluation, never cared about my daughter. My 14 year old had an appointment today for her yearly physical. she was told that she was over weight by the Dr. My child is 5 ft 2" and weights 114 lbs that ratio is normal and certainly not over weight. To tell a teenage girl she is over weight when she is not is inappropriate and can lead to serious problems in the future.

Dr. Chinchilla was both of our children’s pediatrician. Recently my son was urinating a significant amount of blood. We took him in and samples were drawn and sent in. No other actions were conducted or recommended. After 2 weeks with no call we called to be told that nothing was wrong. It happened again. My doctor discovered both kidneys packed with kidney stones and said it was handled grossly innappropriatly. Shameful. Disinterested is not a strong enough description of the situation.

Love Dr Chinchilla, been my son's Dr since day one 13 years ago!!! Couldn't of made a better choice!!! I asked my son would you rather go to a man now his answer was absolutely not!!! He said he never wants a different Dr!!!

I went to Dr. Chinchilla for four or five years and never had a great experience. The appointments were not thorough, rushed, and always unpleasant. I also, always felt that she was skeptical of me whenever I brought up health issues which seemed an odd attitude to have as a doctor. Additionally, the receptionists were also rude at times with the exception of Chinchilla's son (who worked there last I went). On the bright side, the facility was very clean.

Excellent pediatrician my children like her a lot. She is very smart and her knowledge of medicine and pediatrics is excellent

If you are looking for a doctor whose medical knowledge is encyclopedic, treats the whole person, and takes the time to be caring then you should consider visiting. . The office staff - EXCELLENT
