I was scheduled for a procedure with Dr. Steepy. In my Pre-op appointment she started quickly going over a procedure I was unaware of. I told her I was unaware of the procedure she was describing. She became agitated and extremely defensive. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this Dr. I felt like she was trying to intimidate me to attempt to do a procedure on me that I had not authorized. I have since found out the procedure was completely unnecessary! She is totally unethical!!! Scary!

I had an urgent referral and had to wait a month to be seen. The morning of my appointment I got a call to cancel because the dr was out sick. I had to wait another month to be seen. My daughter was sick with strep so I couldn't make it. They called to reschedule and could get me in the following week at either 3 or 330. I selected the 330 because there was no way I could make it from my daughters school to there by 3. I arrived at 320 to be told I had to reschedule bc my appt was at 3.
