The staff was very disrespectful and was laughing of the patients and making comments of the people on the waiting room that they can be heard at loud screaming making noises like is that was a park. Very disorganize don't care who check in or not only want to charge the clients and don't give the right treatment. I referred a few people thinking that was a good doctor office and was the worst deception I hope they move too and I look for another doctor because nobody aren't going to leave they health on those hands.

Male Phlebotomist was on facetime, during drawing blood never hung up, confirmed my name several times. He didn't even put gloves on... Very unsanitary. Very unprofessional.

Worst staff in the medical field. They are disorganized and can't give you information about appointments. I especifically told them I couldn't attend oppointments on Monday, Wednesday or Fridays. They schedule me for a Monday. They tell me I have to wear a mask the first time I was there....I go into their office and most of the personnel aren't wearing masks. Had a nurse talking to me two feet away from my face, not wearing a mask. If you require patients to wear a mask, then you should require the same from your staff. I swear.....most times I've called, they don't know what's going on. They tell me they will call me the next day and do a consultation by phone. They never call and when I call to ask why I was never called, they tell me they would call later with information...... they never call. I had primary care at a doctor's office in Harlingen but was too far for me, so I changed primary health care physician. Doesn't seem to had been a good idea. Mediocre is too nice a description to use for Dr. Flores' staff. What's with office staff personnel down here in the valley anyway? Too many excuses and no work ethic. $100.00 covd test! Shame on you for price gauging these life-saving tests. You can tell which businesses care for the community they serve. This pharmacy is not one of them.

Great doctor very informative and down to earth. Got tested for Covid-19 in August was positive & was given the antibody treatment. Dr.Flores checked in with me afterwards to make sure I was feeling better!! Great doctor!!!

He is probably the best Doctor i have been to in years. Takes all the time you need. Very understanding and explain things so you can understand what he means. He has a nurse that assist him that is very good. The staff are helpful and kind. Busy office but good.

The wait is 6 hours long, super bad service never again

The wait makes you go crazy, you need to know people to have a chance to cut the line about a four hour wait per patient

My parents doctor has awesome and good

Dr.Flores is not an average doctor, he loves all his patients and remembers each one by name..At Dr.Flores’s office you will go home knowing you’ve been taken care of by one of the best physicians.

Unbelievable. My mom's appointment was at 9:15 and she was called in at 11:24 and we didn't leave until 1:43! I asked the secretary if this was normal and she said yes that this office doesn't go by your appointment, but by the order in which you signed in. Then why bother giving appointments!? My mom liked Dr. Flores but Jesus Christ. Get your office into shape. Also, the waiting room and bathroom assaulted my poor nostrils with the overpowering scent of air freshener. Tone it down! Not good patients wait 3/4 hours just to get seen even with appt. Been coming for years really good dr.but the wait. Is impossible patients have things to do or other doctors to see or go back to wrk.the longest I've waited is 6 hrs just to be seen by Dr. Very unprofessional in that area why keep a patient waiting for hrs.

Changed to this doctor even though I live 4 cities away, Dr. Flores does in-house examinations and will send you to the appropriate specialists in a timely manner. He is also all about patient education and will explain examination and lab findings in a relevant manner.
