I had an appointment today and I arrived early and parked on the second level. The voicemail stated that the office was closed until 1:30 pm the time of my appointment. I called three times, and there was no answer. I was trying to figure out where to go after walking down stairs. I arrived to the office and was greeted by the receptionist, who has absolutely no customer service. I informed her that I had called several times, but there was no answer. She stated I just opened at 1:30 pm I told her I called after 1:30 pm/ Again, no apology just the same old excuse, we just opened at 1:30 pm. Then another surgeon came in to see that was absolutely an incompetent surgeon full of bull. I asked him questions and he circled around the answers only after reading from a disc. I told him I would never let him perform a knee surgery on me based on the way he treated me. I'm a black woman and maybe he was surprised to learn that he was talking to an educated blacK WOMAN, WHICH MADE HIM FEEL CHALLENGED. The only nice person in the office was the nurse that inserted the CD into the computer. I made an appointment to see Dr. Farr, but I will not be returning. Wait time is over an hour each time. Doctor does not spend more than 5 mins with each patient and has very little professionalism and care for patients.

My mom was referred to Farr Morteza. When we got to his clinic my mom's worst nightmare came true. Firstly, the clinic was located on the second floor, not on the first floor, rm101 as stated on the referral. The Iranian receptionist, told us to leave the clinic and come back after her lunchtime 1.15pm. My mom was on a wheelchair; we waited outside till 1..15pm, then went back to the clinic. The same rude receptionist bawled at my mom and ,me to come back by 1.30pm, she was not yet done with her luch. She would not allow us to use the restroom.. when we came back by 1.30pm, we were made to wait for another hour before seen by a physician, a different physician not Farr Morrteza, whom we were referred to.. I just cannot imagine how people that do not care for the sick and handicap would be in empathy driven profession like the receptionist at the clinic. Had a fall on my wrist. Just had Open Reduction Internal Fixation Surgery on 10/16/19. I'm Painfree. I had top quality care compared to a previous surgery on my left wrist. I would Definitely recommend Dr Farr. I will be back to myself sooner than anticipated. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. Farr

Another doctor screwed up my Dad's hip repair (pain, leg shortened by 1"). It failed completely 4 years later and Dr Farr replaced the ball of the hip. After that, Dad's leg was the right length and the pain was gone. In addition, Farr intervened with our preferred rehab center to get him accepted (they had turned Dad down for a previous rehab). Dr. Farr was very helpful and informative when we talked to him about Dad's condition. Another doctor screwed up my Dad's hip repair (pain, leg shortened by 1"). The first time I saw Dr.Farr is when I sprained my left foot. Dr.Farr scheduled me for x rays. Dr.Farr then gave me a choice between Physical Therapy & a cast. I chose the cast option. A few weeks later his Assistant removed my cast and my ankle was good. At my next appointment I twisted my right ankle. This time his Assistant had me take ex-rays right away, not even having seen Dr.Farr first. Dr.Farr never wastes a patient's time with unnecessary appointment. HE HAS DONE 3 SURGERYS ON ME WITHIN 1Q YEAR AND I HIGHLY RECOMEND HIM.

Avoid Dr. Farr! I was lied to, tricked into surgery I made clear I did not want, then he treated me like I was his servant. Some should tell him that he is not in Iran anymore!

I saw Dr. Farr twice in his Manteca office. He ended up referring me to a different specialist since there were limited options that he could offer for my condition. However, I was very impressed by his personable and caring manner. He was the kindest, most compassionate doctor I have ever interacted with. In my experience, these qualities are the exception rather than the rule among doctors. I really appreciated his sincerity and warmth.

Got here early like requested and the front desk girl was ten mins late. My son was waiting in hallway with his broken leg.... appt at 115 but not seen till 200.... ughhhhh....
