He is absolutely by far the best and most caring doctor and family man we’ve ever met! He’s a God sent to our family.
Dr. SPEARS will not see his patients because of covid. The patient is sick. He has refused to see several of his sick patients because of covid. The office manager stated that it's St. Joseph protocol BUT, it's NOT because we have went to St. Joseph hospital in Bryan and on several occasions the doctors said he SHOULD be seeing his patients!

My family and my kids all enjoy Dr.Spears. it took us going to see a few pediatricians to find one that we like and trust. Hands down Dr.Spears was a win for my family.
Dr. Spears takes the time to answer all questions I have any time my son sees him, I never feel rushed.
Dr. Spears is wonderful! Both my children see him and let me tell you I have a hard time finding doctors that I trust to care for my children. I've been written off several times as a typical paranoid mom. But I feel every time we have had a visit he is thorough in his explanation of what's going on and makes sure that me and my child are as comfortable as possible. The nurses and staff are just as kind and patient. I recommend this office and Dr. Spears 100%!
Dr. Spears has been treating my grandson for 2 years now. The first time I took him to Dr. Spears, my daughter had written information that Dr. Spears should know from their pediatric physician in Houston. Dr. Spears treated my grandson so kindly and totally honored my daughter's information. We have been back several times when my grandson was visiting and we have received the best care from Dr. Spears. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a pediatrician.
