I recently suffered a tragic injury to the eye and Dr. Padgett and all of his staff treated me with compassion and first class courtesy and made all the difference in my steps to recovery. I have a tremendous amount of respect and faith with Dr. Padgett and his nurses! Thanks again

Always easy to relate to. Very understanding. Have been a patient for 10+ years. I trust him totally!

Didn’t address any of my concerns. Changed my appointment from a new patient exam to a follow-up so that I had to pay out of pocket and didn’t even get any information on my general health. The nurses were nice and attentive, but the office staff and Dr. Padgett were very dismissive and do not care about patients. And as some of the other reviews have pointed out, you do indeed have to wait forever in the waiting room to be seen for an appointment that was scheduled months before. Overall a terrible experience, especially if you have any anxiety whatsoever about going to a medical clinic in the first place. Didn’t address any of my concerns. Dr. Padgett was very thorough and thoughtful. I was just a patient but was hurting because of the death of my son and he could tell I was very emotional. He even cried with me. He cared and felt my pain. A very good man.

CHRIS FRANK...So are you expecting to receive free medical care over the phone from a doctor who hasn't physically seen you? Irresponsible of you. If you find a doctor who gives free medical care over the phone w/o seeing you, that doctor is a quack! My 5 stars are for Dr. Padgett-not you. He is a great doctor who actually cares for his patients and gives you the time you need. (Not like other doctors I've seen who are caught up in the modern-day business-driven method of giving you 5 minutes and then they are walking out the door on you while you're still talking.) I've been going to Doctor Padgett my whole life, just about. He is a really awesome guy, and is always nice, caring and very helpful. I am the type of person who hates going, to see the Doctor. But going here is like going to family. From the nurses on up, they always are genuinely concerned and just want to help. They are family oriented and have been here for decades. Also, I see maby one or two low review ratings on here about the place, which I find a little odd. They are always nice and transparent and get you in and out as fast as possible. Routine wellness visit - Dr P always makes sure to spend time listening to you and providing the care you need. He is very comforting and really cares about the health of his patients.

Very personable and knowable! His associate, Dr. Lisa is awesome!

I wish he take medicaid he is a good doctor and i miss going to him.dr. padgett really cares about uis patients

Very thorough and head the patient at the center of the treatment. Listens.

I love Dr. Padgett. He spends as much time with you as needed. He doesn't act like he needs to hurry and get to the next patient. When he's with you, he makes you feel like you are the most important person.

This is what health care should be like in America!! They actually care about you. Staff is wonderful and considerate! I highly recommend them to anyone.

Dr Padgett is an excellent physician. He is extremely knowledgeable and up to date on the latest treatment protocols. I trust his opinion without any reservation whatsoever. I have read several of the 1star ratings and I am convinced that is a reflection of the patient, not of Dr Padgett. I highly recommend Dr Padgett.

8:45 am appt still waiting at 11:00. No one has an explanation. Totally unacceptable! Will look for another physician capable of handling and communicating delays. Watched 3 patients leave because they could not wait

I give him one star only because I can't give zero... terrible hours and is unwilling to do anything for his patients unless they physically come in and pay him... money hungry and heartless... do yourself a favor and find a different doctor...

So slow. Now I see why I don't come here. I remember telling myself I wasn't coming back. I'm back here waiting n saying it again. I will not be back here.
