Dr. Paul always listens thoroughly and I never feel rushed. He also takes great care to explain any answers or issues.

We were impressed with time, concern, and personal attention we received. My husband and I had both been sick and were there for a followup visit together.

Dr. Paul always takes the time to listen to my concerns, and diagnose my condition based on my medical history and current disorders. I highly recommend him and his staff to receive quality care.

My husband has been trying to get his records and sleep study from this office for four years!! They never respond to signed requests. When he went there they said they couldn’t give him his own records!! Hello!? HIPAA laws say when individuals request their information in writing doctors are required to give it to them. Terrible practice!

He always explains what is going on and why he chooses or recommends specific treatments.

Provider took all the time necessary to inform me and get my input on my treatments and plan of care.

This was my annual physical and doctor Paul took a lot of time with me and my concerns.

Dr.Paul and nurse practitioner Scott are great my family has been coming here since I can remember , but my father, mother, sister and myself have all agreed that the greeting staff has gone down hill and specifically Gloria always has an attitude or is rude and was even disrespectful to me and my father when we thought he suffered from a stroke and couldn’t remember his birthday she took it upon herself to catch an attitude and rudely/condescendingly ask “who doesn’t know their own birthday ? “ after he clearly told her that he thought he had a stroke and couldn’t focus or remember much of anything. Great doctors need some new office staff , nobody wants to feel disrespected or talked down to while seeking medical attention. I've got some problems with my dosage from my previous PCP and Dr. Paul took his time in explaining why it was important for me to get that resolved asap and changed it up for me and explained as he did this what he was doing and why. My whole family comes to this office where we've seen Dr Paul and Dr Scott for years. I love these doctors so much that I started bringing my newborn here. Dr Paul and Scott know how to talk to her, and me, to make us both comfortable and help me with any questions I have concerning either or us. I never feel like a bother as a new mom. The doctors get 5 stars in my book. However, everyone else is another matter. Their phone system changed so I have to pick a number and leave a message. I rarely talk to someone when I call. And then, even though I leave a message I can't get anyone to call me back. The first time this happened, when I managed to get ahold of someone in the front, I was told the nurse was busy and would get to me. I understand everyone is busy and short staffed, but the way I was spoken to wasn't appreciated. On one occasion a nurse was rude. On another occasion, I made an appointment for shots for my daughter. Got there waited 15-20 minutes only to be told no one checked when I called and they didn't have them. I would switch doctors offices but I'm so happy with Dr Paul and Scott, it makes me want to stay. but then I have another unpleasant experience and I reconsider. The office wasn't always this way. I sent my granddaughter in to see Dr. Paul. He is on vacation so she saw Patsy Clark. My granddaughter thought very highly of her and said she was friendly and enjoyed her very much. Now let’s talk about the GREETING STAFF... the people who represent Dr. Paul and Patsy Clark. HORRIBLE!!! I mean why in the world would you ever make an 18 year old ever feel so uncomfortable? What does a SMILE or KINDNESS cost you? The front desk was rude and it was so unnecessary. The people representing the Doctors and NP will FAIL YOUR BUSINESS. PATIENT EXPERIENCE was not good. Best Dr in Tarrant county!

Dr. Paul is the best at explaining issues and solutions in lay terms so the situation is extremely easy to understand. The best!

I had to have blood drawn and they had me in and out in 10 minutes. The staff is always friendly and helpful and the stick didn't even hurt at all. Masks everywhere, social distancing and all the proper procedures. Good place!

Dr. Paul has been our G.P. almost as long as he's been in Benbrook. He was especially thorough with my wife during her various serious events in her later years. I respect him for being especially thorough to avoid overprescribing ("First, do no harm"), thereby helping people to keep from haeming themselves, too. Experienced, direct, thorough, professional. Good doctor.

As an RN of 43 years graduating from TCU, I have to say my visit was the worst experience!! I haven't needed a doctor for many years but turned 65 and decided to develop a relationship with one just in case. I was terrified about how my differences would be accepted so my b/p was high and Dr. Paul spent the entire time screaming at me as he read from the computer not even looking at me as if he had over done his aderal that day!!! All he did was make me feel so bad and ashamed of my profession!! He is horrible and should not be a doctor. He has zero compassion!! Dr. Robert Paul is a great listener. This was our first visit and we are so happy to have found him!! He conveyed to us that he has been in practice for the last 24 years. We are both seniors, so it was important to us to find someone who could answer our questions about medications and overall health and quality of life, as well as listen to our concerns as we grow older. I love Dr Paul and his staff. They are quick, effeciant and listen to you. He's not the kind that wants you on all these meds unless you desperately need them and tries to get you off of them if possible with holistic ways. The only reason this isn't a 5 star is because the bathroom was a little dirty with iron on the seats and the tray for the urine samples were full and gross. But the people are great!!
