Dr. Sarah Jones is one of the most professional, compassionate & knowledgeable doctors that I have ever been treated by. She listens to your concerns and answers questions with thorough explanation. The staff is very helpful and kind.

Will be changing doctors office staff is rude Laura was very rude to me. Just ridiculous.

I’m recently pregnant again and after moving to the area I was in need of a new doctor since mine was now an hour away. So I was referred by a friend to Dr. Sarah Jones. Like any place there are going to be some ups and downs but this office has more downs than ups. Dr Sarah Jones was kind for only meeting her a couple of times all I can take away from her was she was polite. She had me confused with another patient my second time sitting down with her when I told her I was still waiting on blood work results and she said you never got that test done when I insisted that I did she looked at my chart and said of sorry I’m getting you mixed up with someone else. Then proceeded to push me to get blood work that wasn’t necessary done when I told her and the nurse no multiple times. That was like the biggest red flag for me. Shana from the front desk was amazing always warm and helpful and I felt like she would go the extra step for me whenever I called or needed something. But the other receptionists were not even close to the way Shana was they were very dry and blunt and not warm the way a receptionist should be. Every time I was billed something from this office it was never sent to my insurance first so I called the office and they said yeah that happens a lot you’ll have to call the billing number on the bills we are separate from them. So I was confused how the office wouldn’t call and communicate to send my bills through my insurance for me that I had to call but I did. Then I had communicated the need for help with migraines I was suffering from and Dr Sarah Jones said she’d write me a prescription but when I went to go pick it up over the weekend they said no prescription was ever sent from her. so I called the on call number to see if they could help me I was going on 12 hours of another migraine and they said go to the ER if it’s that bad or you’ll have to wait till Monday sorry. They wouldn’t get a note to a nurse or my doctor to help me they wouldn’t check to see if it has been sent somewhere else. So their billing and on call sections are not helpful if you are ever in a pinch outside of their business hours. I ultimately decided to go back to making the hour one way drive to my originally ob because the overall experience of this office is not a positive one for me. I do have an update the manager has reached out to me about my review and we have since talked about my experience and she has apologized on behalf of the office I do appreciate her calling and talking with me I’m recently pregnant again and after moving to the area I was in need of a new doctor since mine was now an hour away. Dr Jones is godsend to me I have been seeing her for over 7 years and honestly I wouldn’t ask for a better doctor she takes her time with me and explains everything in detail I would definitely recommend her to my loved ones in addition Shannon in the front desk is one of the sweetest most kind person you can meet I appreciate them and will always be going there for my Health concerns! Dr. Sarah Jones listen. I was having pain in my stomach area as well as female issues. Without getting into to many details, Dr.Jones not only corrected my female surgerical issues but she corrected some of my stomach issues as well during surgery. Thank you Dr. Jones. I've been seeing Dr. Jones ever since I was old enough to start getting my annual exams. TMI, but I can't imagine going to any else for a papsmear. If you're like me and need to distract your mind during this procedure, she is such a calm presence in the room and keeps up mild conversation from the moment she walks in to make you feel comfortable. Of course, it's never comfortable, but she really does make it a nearly painless experience. I would highly recommend visiting her if you have anxiety about your annual exams. My doctor here is amazing, so I keep coming back...but the front desk staff is the rudest of any office I've ever been to. Absolutely unacceptable every single time I come here.

Delivered both my babies she really cares. Would not of done this without her!

I think Dr Jones is great!! I had labor complications and had to have an emergency c section under general anesthesia, but I couldn't have been in better hands. I was well taken care of and my son was born healthy as can be. I have always had painful periods, and she never quit trying to find helpful options for me. When nothing brought relief, we opted for exploratory laproscopy and discovered that I have endometriosis and adenomyosis. She explains everything in detail, answers any and all questions, addresses concerns, uses compassion, but doesn't sugar coat things either. She was honest with me about the adenomyosis and my options. 2 years later, I opted for a partial hysterectomy. The only bad thing I could possibly say is wait time at the office, but to find a good doctor is worth it to me! I think Dr Jones is great!! Horrible. I told her I had a yeast infection and she didn’t even test me for it and told me just to use different soap. Also brought up my bladder issues and she didn’t even adress the issue. Was rushed and unsatisfied.

Dr Jones is an exceptional doctor. She has delivered both my sons and helped me with other reproductive issues earlier in my life. Both my mother and sister have seen her in the past as well as other friends. I would gladly recommend any doctor in this practice as they are all amazing. I know when I come here I sometimes have to wait a little longer than other places but the office staff is friendly and professional. dr. jones is absolutely terrible and is the reason i stopped coming to this office.

I don't consider dr Sarah Jones as a professional doctor. I've been there only 1 time. She refused to do the ultrasound test when I was in pain. Who is the doctor here when a patient asks to do some tests? Her or the patient? Other tests were slightly abnormal, but nobody called me back! Even if it is SLIGHTLY abnormal the patient has to know about it! My current doctor is surprised that she didn't do any additional tests. The office of Sarah Jones faxes over a mammogram script to Mclaren Breast Center. I get there and find out it is for a 3D and not 2D and I may have to pay for it. I never had issues with my breasts and wasn't going to pay for a 3D when my insurance don't cover it. By that time the Office was closed and the breast center wouldn't do a 2D without doctor's office consent. What a waste of my time and I was not very happy. First the good - Dr. Jones is friendly and compassionate. She was really sensitive to issues of trauma and related complications. It's rare to find a doctor that in-tune with those particular issues and I really appreciated it. The not good - Dr. Jones is a compassionate person and probably a good all-around gynecologist, but I can't recommend her for complex reproductive health issues. She dismissed most of my symptoms and did the absolute bare minimum of diagnostics even though I had explained to her in writing, prior to the appointment, that I was in need of answers after a lifetime of suffering. After a single ultrasound she told me I should be relieved it was nothing serious, and cheerfully sent me on my way. I felt so demoralized and hopeless. One of my biggest problems turned out to be a simple thing that even the slightest due diligence would have uncovered: a hormonal imbalance likely caused by 21 years on the pill. The evidence was found with a short examination and confirmed with a simple blood test. I later learned that hormonal complications with the long-term use of birth control are a common issue and I'm stymied as to why this was never considered when I saw Dr. Jones. On the contrary, she told me it could not possibly be hormonal because I was on the pill. A lot of the stuff she reported as medical fact seemed inaccurate to me at the time, and the more I learn about my condition, the more red flags have been raised about her knowledge in these areas, and the worse I feel about the care I received from her. I understand that nobody can be an expert in every problem, but that's a good time to refer your patient to a specialist, not pretend there was never any problem in the first place. If you have, or suspect you have, endometriosis, hormonal problems, or other complicated reproductive health issues, I suggest avoiding this doctor. It's just more of the usual disappointment. Dr. Jones is amazing!! Going on my 4th child and she will be delivery her!! Always has been so understanding and caring. I've been seeing her at 17 and I'm almost 31. Definelty do not ever want to find a new OB gyn!!! I highly recommend seeing her!!

Dr. Jones is amazing, she always listens to my concerns, is proactive in her treatment plan and is super compassionate which is difficult to find in an ob/gyn. Love Sarah Jones she's the best doctor doesn't harass you about doing stuff you're not comfortable doing unlike other doctors that make it seem like they own your body all of a sudden and you have to do everything they say or they discharge you. Wish I found her years ago!

I have been going to Dr Jones since the late 90's. She delivered both of my babies in '09 and '12. I cannot say enough about how fantastic she is! She is super smart, decisive, caring and compassionate. She truly cares about her patients. They don't make em like her anymore!

First time in and she made it as simple as possible and calmed my nerves down and made me comfortable quite fast. Couldn't have seen my first experience going better

Mabie she is a good dr. But waiting time is more than 1 hour and dr. Sarah Jones don't stay more than 5 min with the patient!Al the time she is hurry.
