Dr. Susan J Laenger

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Laenger’s for 12 years. She is the best doctor I have ever had. She spends as much time as needed during my appointments. I never feel rushed.

Diligent, compassionate, and thorough. She is an excellent advocate for her patients and outstanding clinician.

I did not give Dr. Laenger all 10's........ She earned very single one of them. *Compassion: Dr. Laenger puts herself in "my shoes". She tries to understand the medical and the mental obstacles I am facing. *Understanding: Dr. Laenger is a physician and a student , she listens, she asks questions and then she applies her knowledge and expertise. *Empathy: You can't teach this...I know Dr.Laenger truly cares. That care and and professionalism is emulated by her staff. (especially Billie)

Dr.Susan Laenger has been my primary physician for almost 17 years. She has provided me the highest level of care and made a direct impact on my quality of life throughout the years. I am seventy years old in great health but she has cared for me and guided me through medical issues, psychological issues, including dealing with personal life crisis issues with total professionalism and the nicest and most confidence inducing manner possible. I have complete and total confidence in her .

Dr. Laenger is my primary doctor and I have been quite pleased with her level of concern for my health and suggestions of not just medical but practical ways to improve my condition. It is a pleasure visiting her and especially love the new office. I recommend her to my clients and friends.

Amazing doctor. Patient, kind, thoughtful. I've never felt rushed & always felt listened to. She's always incredibly thorough, gave me a plan to improve some health issues & gently stays on me about the progress. No matter how much time passes she seems to remember everything. Each visit feels like we pick up right from the last. I've asked some silly questions but she never treats them as silly. Sits with you as long as it takes. Can't recommend Dr. Laenger enough. Best primary I've ever had.

Dr. Laenger was fantastic! She spent the time to understand my problem. Her recommendations were in 3 parts; what I could do to solve the problem, what she could do and what a specialist might be able to do. Dr. Laenger showed a genuine concern for me. I highly recommend her. PS She is very pretty and should have her picture on Health Grades!

I like her enthusiasm. I feel she is very concerned about me. If I have a question and her initial answer does not get through to me she says Let me explain that another way. I had a non specific pain. She examined me to rule out hernia and gave two possible explanations to support why it didn't appear serious. I believe she is the best primary care doctor I have ever had!
