Very good experience. Very caring visit.

I am not fond of going to the doctor. It creates pretty severe anxiety in me. NOT with doctor Bignal. I was looking for a smart and kind doctor so I asked the staff, to a one they recommended Dr. Bignal. They were right. You're making a big mistake closing the Frankfort office and losing her. My husband and I would drive quite a distance to remain in her care. She listens .then she thinks. She asks questions. THEN she prescribes or you get a test .it's clear you don't value your patients or staff. Why? I'm 67 years old with all the little things that need attention as you age and you've left me without a doctor I trust. I probably won't go to another. I've had some experiences I don't want to repeat. Please put my doctor somewhere in Indiana. Please

Dr. Bignal is a 5 star doctor. She is so nice and she did a great job taking care of my uncle for several years.

I was not happy with my visit at all. I did not feel that my medical concerns were being taken serious and I didn’t get any answers. I ended up leaving office and driving myself to Lebanon ER and was admitted and diagnosed with Ischemic Colitis.

Not a great experience. She was cold and I did not feel like she listened to me. There was no problem solving or explanation. She was in my room for no more than 3 minutes. Would not recommend.

Absolutely terrible. Has 0 beside manners. Told me I had Hepatitis C before she even looked in my charts or tested me (turns out I don’t have hepatitis c) Did not focus on what I came in for, was more focused on my weight and how sleepy I am ( I’m pregnant I’m sleepy all the time). All around just TERRIBLE care. I will not go back to her. Told me I had hepatitis C from being overweight. Don’t recommend going to her, ever.

This place is closing! They have fired the staff, except Dr.Vandergriff, but you can't get an appt. We have had 2, both canceled! We need a Doctor.

Dr. Bignal is the best doctor she is so so good with my Mom thank you Dr.Bignal!!! for caring so much!

I came to see Bignal because my doctor was out. My husband also had to do this a few weeks prior. We both found Bignal to be cold and completely disinterested in our issues. She treated us as though we were an inconvenience. For me, she was in and out of the room in less than 3 minutes and that is not an exaggeration. She gave me no answers and refused to even pretend to want to look deeper into the issues I have had. She is probably the worst provider I have ever had to go to and I would not suggest her if you can help it. She is all of the things wrong with the Healthcare industry; cold, disconnected, and doesn't see patients as people but an appointment to be dealt with.

Well pleased with the care I received.

I would not recommend Dr. Bignal for nothing she is very rude.

Came in for what was suppose to be breathing test but had a bad cold and instead of saying we need to reschedule your testing have you come back when your not sick they said would you like to wait to do this test and be check for your sickness. I left happy even though it's was only COVID and flu test. I now wait for the results of that test then come back for more tests when the other comes back negative .

March 23, 2022 3:00 When Dr Bignal walked in the room she told me to take my shoes and socks off. I sat on the bed and she asked me why my feet were swollen. I said I didn’t know. As she came close and felt my feet she said oh, that’s not water that’s tissue. She asked me a bunch of questions concerning my diabetes. She proceeded to say she was my new doctor. I never asked for a new doctor. I’ve had problems at this clinic before with Dr Clingman. She was going over his notes and said I need to do a drug test. I said okay but I just did one with Rebeccca. She said I don’t care I need one TODAY! She said I would have to go to the hospital. I’m a self paying patient I can’t afford to go to the hospital. She said I refused twice to take a driug test, that is a lie. You have the complaint about Dr Clingman. She was going by his notes. She then told me she didn’t think I have neuropathy. She had me crying and I walked out. She basically accused me of lying. My husband came in and we went in the managers office to talk. I want to take a lie detector test because I want to prove I’m not a liar. These doctors should be ashamed of themselves. I have read a lot of reviews about both of them that are not good. Bad bedside manner, rude, left crying, mean, quack!! These are all on Google. This person, Dr. Bignal, is extremely rude and has the bedside manner of an angry opossum. She was short and hateful, gave the very minimum of care, even allowing water from an ear cleaning to run all over the patient's clothing. A nurse who walked into the room had to grab a towel to dry the patient after which some words were said following with the Dr. leaving and the nurse having to finish with the patient. The Dr never returned. This isn't the first time members of this family have had very negative experiences with this Dr and it's our opinion she should switch carrers to something like a ditch digger or correction officer. I went to see her for the first time today and ended up walking out. Very judgemental unkind and horrible bedside manner. Just met me and basically said I was addicted to my meds even though I'm disabled and have several upcoming surgeries I would not take my dog to her

Dr Bignal is a quack. My MRI of the brain found a cyst in my sinus cavity she didn’t even read it I had to tell her that it was there because one of her staff told me I’m done with her I will never go back.shes more worried about the bows on her shoes than her patients.

In my opinion, Dr Bignal shows no interest in my medical issues at all. To me, most of her diagnosis don't fit the symptoms I'm having. I told her I'd been having severe chest pain for a couple days and she immediately said it was from bending forward pushing my walker then she suggested I rub my chest with some diclofenac (medicine I use for my arthritis). In my opinion, she is rude and disrespectful! I will be switching Doctors as soon as I can. In my opinion, Dr Bignal shows no interest in my medical issues at all. Meet Dr. Bignal today and found her to be gracious and sincere. After listening to my long story she put together the people I will need to help me through my medical dilemma. She listened and responded to my needs, finally after 7 months a really good Dr. Thanks you and the staff at Frankfort. ????????

She is very nice and makes sure that I am taken care of and that I am getting my medications and checks to see how my seizures are and if I'm sleeping better because I have trouble sleeping and keeps up with my migraines too. So I have no complaints. She does a wonderful job in my opinion.

Both of my parents went to see Dr. Bignal. Not only was she supremely rude to my father who is a strong and respectable man, but she also lied directly to his face. She messed up time and time again on both of their prescriptions, and she refused to treat my father when she thought his insurance may not cover a virtual visit due to the Covid-19 outbreak. He got better treatment from a Minute Clinic than from his own doctor. Most recently, she decided to change my mother's antidepressant from an SNRI to an SSRI without checking into her background or educating herself. This created a dangerous situation for my mother and our family. This doctor is not properly educated, is unethical, and does not have the bedside manner to be a physician. If you care for your loved ones, consider sending them to ANYONE else.

“Dr.” Bignal is beyond horrible! I was a fairly new patient when I last sought her services. Without even obtaining an urine sample or reviewing my prior medical history (my former family physician retired), she diagnosed me as not having kidney stones. Had she taken the time to do her job, she would have seen that I indeed was suffering from kidney stones. She allowed me to walk out of her office crying and doubled over in pain. Without any assistance from her, I suffered an additional 5 days, before I passed the first of what turned out to be 3 kidney stones. Needless to say, I never returned to her office. Many months later, I shared my experience with my new physician. She has no business dealing with peoples lives. She has the most unprofessional bed side manner. She is like bipolar or something. She really needs to seek help. She must just be book smart. There is no way she could be a dr. With her personality or her business ethics. Very disturbing women.

I am myself a retired physician, and I am particular about whom I allow to provide my medical care. Dr. Bignal took over my care several months ago, and it is impossible to overstate how satisfied I am with her. She is kind, patient, and clearly dedicated to providing top quality care. Her training was the best available, and in combination with her experience and dedication places her among the best, if not frankly the best internist I have have had the good luck to meet.
