Dr. Xu has always been attentive, caring, and very knowledeable about my issues. When I needed to get in fast (returning patient who he helped 3 years ago), the office got me in to see him. I am currently seeing him again today. His bedside manners are fine with me, but I do comminicate my questions to him...I guess if you do not ask, how do they know what your questions are? I am very happy with Dr. Xu and this office. He is direct and gives me specific answers. I thank him, dearly, for his accurate diagnosis. On time and provides good care.

I wish there was a way to give zero stars, though he did identify a malignant spot on my chest. After going to a surgeon to get it removed, and that surgeon "missing" it, Xu said I should have had him remove it as he specializes in Mohs. I said he didn't mention it. He said it is a patient's responsibility to research and ask questions. I believe he also lied. The practice says there's no record of my second appt, and Xu said the test of the spot the second time shows it was a fast-growing cancer. BS. That "spot" was there 3 days after surgery when I removed the bandage, and in the same position it was before surgery. Stay away. Also I have written the practice informing them of these actions, but no response. Not sure what I expected.

He's alright as a Dr. But if time matters to you you won't get anything done quick. Even if you need something simple it just seems you are not that important here. I won't be back. Time off from work and tons of wasted time waiting for routine simple things that they barely talk to you about.

I’ve seen Dr Xu several times for skin cancer on my face along with other dermatology issues. He works fast, instills confidence and his outcomes have been accurate. He has taken good care of my condition.

Dr. Xu wouldn't listen to me when I said a cyst kept returning after being drained. He drained it for the third time instead of removing it as I asked and assured me it wouldn't return. And now it's back again. I won't be going back to this office ever again! I'll find a doctor that's capable of listening to their patients!

Make sure you know what time your appt is . We had appt at 11:30 appt time and waited in lobby till after 1:00 and I finally spoke up and asked why it was taking so long.

Had my first appointment today and Dr. Xu is very knowledgeable and kind!

Pushed birth control on me and barely looked at me. Poked at a cyst with bare hands. Waited an hour over appointment to be seen for 4 minutes and written 3 prescriptions for minor acne. No treatment in office like others do. Will fight the bill and go elsewhere.

He was able to diagnose with just one glance on eczema. I am very happy to go to him. I wish i could have gone to him before vesting other doctors. Primary care was unable to diagnose.

Do NOT waste your time with this joke of a Doctor. My husband went in for a suspicious spot on his nose (I was quite certain was basal cell from my own personal experience) and he quickly looked at it and said it was nothing. He was also supposed to perform an all over skin check and did not look anywhere else on my husband. He was in and out of the room in less than 2 minutes. My husband has since gone to a different office and had the spot biopsied and it was in fact basal cell carcinoma.

His diagnosis of my problem was probably correct. His statement that there was nothing he, as a dermatologist, could do to help me revealed either that he was too busy or simply did not know commonly known treatments for a fairly common condition. Unbelievable.

He is quiet, and takes awhile to get him to personally open up. His bedside manner is very professional, however, he is also very compassionate if you communicate with him. He answered ALL my questions. He was not as forthcoming with information as I would have liked - as in I don't think he prepared me in terms of understanding the severity the course of my disease would take, however, he took loads of time with me to make sure I was getting the treatment I needed.

His diagnosis of brachioradial pruritus was correct. However, he said he couldn't do anything for me. I asked explicitly whether there are any creams that can relieve the itch and he said there were none, that I'd have to talk with a neurosurgeon or orthopedic surgeon. Why didn't he know that capsaicin is known to be effective? Why did he not know that there are other local anaesthetics that can be effective? Other medications are also proving effective.

Dr. Xu is a very quite man doesn't take much but as he gets to know you he is a excellent Doctor.. A no nonsense kind of man

Apologetically I was just pulling in the drive at the scheduled appointment time. And I was pleased he was still avalable to see me. I was pleased with his information on treatment and support. A great Dr. Xu, and wonderfull beautiful staff. Nice visit, and great team work provided to me. :)
