Gave me totally wrong prescription. Optician noticed.

Dr. Cohen needs to learn the art of conversation. He needs to talk and listen to his patients. He can start by walking into the room and introducing himself. Examinations with him are rushed and mechanical.

The office charged my insurance and demanded copay even though I was never seen by or helped by incompetent and dismissive Dr. Cohen. When I called with a common eye infection that I get every year, he did not even look at my last year's record. The office REFUSED to let me talk to Dr. Sharf. As a result, Dr. Cohen refused to prescribed me an eye drop antibiotic which I disparately needed. He insisted on me to come which I was not comfortable doing during Covid. All he had to do is look at my record and see what drops I needed because LAST YEAR (2019), Dr. Sharf prescribed them to me over the phone. Dr. Cohen only looked at my chart from 2017 & told me to completely useless over the counter drops! So I wound up contacting my pharmacy and getting the last prescription date for my antibiotic drops. Based on the pharmacy's suggestion, I contacted my insurance who then provided me with a free doctor consultation via a video call. That doctor prescribed me the drops I needed.
