I can't believe this creep is a doctor. Real piece of garbage

If zero stars were possible, then that would be my rating. He doesn't seem to want to be bothered and makes poor assumptions on his patients. Very unprofessional and lacking in empathy- a true sociopath. Terrible experience!

This Dr and the company Fremont Emergency Services are crooks that provided no service but a larger invoice. I went into ER at Sunrise and spoke with the Dr for two minutes. He later charged be over $1300 for the brief visit. Also, charged a fee for seeing him between the hours of 10:0 p.m and 8:00 am. So don't get sick at night or there will be a fee for that. Furthermore, he gave me no diagnosis or medication. The hospital bill was over $10,000 and they reduced it to less than what I had to pay for the two visit with the Mr. Lovinger. My suggestion is to avoid this Dr and Fremont Emergency Services unless you have cash to burn. Doctor spent time listening to my concerns and helped me to understand and recover from the symptoms relating to my illness. Very happy with him and his staff.

Like states above would give a zero stars if possible. This guy was sitting playing on his phone before he could see me. Funny, cause i was siting there watching him thanking he was a tech and should be fired for playing on his phone while in an emergency room. Turned out he was the Dr. Asked me two questions, gave me no diagnosis, and no medications but did send a $1300 bill. Thanks for nothing.

I was referred to the ER by my physician, but Dr. Lovinger made it seem as if I was bothering him. No explanation of severity of problem or what I could do in light of the issue.

Dr Lovinger treated my wife when we visit the emergency room at Mountain View Hospital. She had hard time breathing due to allergies attack. He order many unnecessary test including a cat scan. I knew not to trust emergency room stuff and when we refused he insisted that was necessary to diagnose the problem. We refused again and we left the emergency room after my wife was treated with Benadryl. So far we received over $10.000 in bills for unnecessary tests from the hospital and $1000 bill from doctors office. Be Aware!!!! they don't care about you..... all they worry about is their wallet. This was the most expensive Benadryl I ever paid. Good think we didn't do the cat scan....I call to see if i can get a brake to the bill only to hear that if I dont pay it or make payments they will send it to collections etc. Great servise all around.
