My health issues may be considered complex. After several feet of small and large intestine have been removed, having chronic diarrhea became normal for me. Dr. Pinnola took on the challenge to get me feeling better, including to decrease my 10-12 times a day potty breaks to 3-5. We are making incredible progress. I am elated that he was not rushing into the OR after being diagnosed with a sluggish GI system. Love the "seek first to understand" approach with purposeful and alternative care plan options. Thank you Dr. Pinnola.

I unfortunately had a serious medical condition during the Covid pandemic and was admitted to Grand Stand Hospital. Because it was during the pandemic the hospital did not allow visitors. Dr. Pinnola understood my feelings and took the extra step to make me feel comfortable and not in this alone. Between himself and his staff they went above and beyond from the initial admitting process to the day of release. My family and myself has everlasting gratitude for Dr. Pinnola and his entire staff for there exceptional bed side manor and everything from major surgery to the recovery process.
