Very pleased with my experience at DOC. Staff was great from front desk to the doctors. Both doctors I met with, Dr. Raissi and Dr. Hendershot were very patient and detailed in explaining things, and not in a rush to go the surgery route first. Both of them have my full trust and appreciation.

I was very pleased with DOC. The entire staff is pleasant. I could not be happier with Dr. Raissi! He is very nice, explained in detail the Lapiplasty procedure I needed to fix the bunion, hammer toe as it was out of joint. Answered my questions. It was my decision, no pressure. The outcome was amazing, and, I had no pain. I am thankful to Dr. Raissi! His staff is amazing, LJ is awesome!

Dr Raissi is always so professional, efficient, thorough and caring. I had an injury that required timely attention and he made it a priority. His knowledge and experience are extremely comforting, especially when you’re facing health issues.

Dr. Raissi is a through physician with care for the patient in both the physical and emotional areas. He takes time to explain things and will make certain the patient understands the problem and the treatment. Gentle and understanding in all ways.

Professional yet personable. Took time to explain my procedure, I didn't feel rushed. Staff is very nice and helpful.

The staff was very warm and friendly, and Dr. Raissi was on time (which does not happen with most doctors and came as a pleasant surprise), and while my condition was not serious, he took the time to show me and explain to me what I should and shouldn't do. He was thorough, professional, and showed his sense of humor when it was over. Should I need to go back, would not hesitate in the least. I liked him as a person AND as a physician!!

Dr. Raissi is an excellent orthopedic surgeon! He’s very kind and personable, yet very professional and certainly knows his stuff. I highly recommend Dr. Raissi and his staff, especially LJ, his surgical tech. I would definitely request for Team Raissi in the future.

I injured my calf somehow and have had a hard time walking for almost a month now. I went to another ortho who blew me off and gave me some foot stretches however my symptoms continued to worsen. I’ve been to Desert Ortho years prior for another body part and decided to call for a referral for my leg issue. Dr. Raissi was attentive, listened to all of the symptoms and has referred me to immediate additional diagnostic testing and has halted all prior recommendations (stretches) bc they may have been worsening the issue. He and his staff were incredibly professional and I finally feel as though my injury will be properly diagnosed and resolved. Scheduling is easy and the variety of locations to chose from are convenient. I definitely recommend this Physician.

Dr. Raissi is a fantastic doctor. He was super supportive, honest, and made me feel comfortable and welcome. He got me into surgery as quickly as possible and didn’t require expensive imagery for an easy diagnosis. He has amazing bedside demeanor and is also professional and intelligent. Go Bucks!

Dr Raissi is amazing! Listened to everything I had to say about my foot injury even though Radioligist from a different facility said my foot was fine (I have a Lisfranc injury). Took new X-rays at his facility and he said “this is why I listen to my patients”. He called the radiologist and the radiologist admitted they read it wrong and they will change the report. He was kind and He showed real concern for my situation

Well organized office and professional staff. This was my first visit to the office and Dr Raissi has a professional and kind demeanor which made it easy to communicate with him.

Dr. Raissi was great. He diagnosed my issue pretty quickly. My only complaint is that he didn’t tell me about the different options to relieve the pain. He only mentioned getting a shot and once I agreed, he left and gave me to a different provider for care. He didn’t ask if I had questions or concerns. My injury was pretty common, so that was that.

Dr. Raissi was great! My heel is broken and I was delighted to hear that Dr. Raissi is not quick to say "you need surgery"! He is trying to see if wearing a boot for 4 to 8 weeks might work. If it doesn't heal by then, then maybe surgery. Every other surgeon I have been to is always so happy to do surgery as option #1! I am so happy my family doctor sent me to him! I look forward to the whole team there to hopefully help me with all my spinal issues. Also, Dr. Raissi took the time to explain exactly what happened to my heel. I'm so happy I left the other practice I was going to. Already I feel like I had better care here in my very first appointment then I ever had at the other practice I have been going to for years now!

I was referred to Desert orthopedic for a foot injury. I arrived early and after waiting in an exam room for an entire hour the doctor came in. He looked at the X-rays and explained that the X-ray looked normal and it was apparently plantar fasciitis. He said I could either get exercises to do or get a cortisone shot. As I hesitated in making a quick decision he abruptly said he had a waiting room full of patients and he couldn’t wait on me. Then he said he was leaving and would come back because he didn’t have the time. I’ve never had a doctor be so rude to me. He stayed in the exam room for a total of 10 minutes and there was no explanation on his diagnosis’s or the treatment . A surgeon assistant came in and administered the cortisone shot and I was told I could leave. There were no instructions or follow up directions at all. I won’t be returning here for follow up, nor would I recommend this practice to anyone.

Very nice and accommodating office. I showed up an hour early for an appointment (by accident) and they got me in early!! I would recommend Dr. Raissi.

Follow up after treatment in Flagstaff, AZ due to auto accident. Dr. Raissi was very nice and professional. Due to his specialty, he couldn’t really address my related hip issue, but referred me to a trauma doctor in the same office that would also follow up with my foot and ankle. My experience was perfect. Although the office was very crowded when I arrived, I was taken back to the examine room right on time. The office staff was efficient and when the doctor arrived in the room he had all the information he needed to make a determination as to what course of action I needed to take. I had an extreme bruise on my instep and caused me to have major bleeding underneath my skin coming from bride. I have a platelet disorder which makes me a bleeder that to all my toes and foot. He checked for tearing of muscles and tendons. He was very thorough and concerned with infection and took care of everything to my specific concerns! He is caring with an excellent bedside manner!

The entire patient care flow from the front desk to the waiting room to the x-ray room back to the examination room was smooth and fast. Dr Raissi was excellent! He found the problem then laid out the course of treatment. It was good. I walked out of there feeling good.

I am in restaurant business for 30 years in Las Vegas and for about a year I was in pain in my right foot and after all kind of different treatment, nothing has helped my pain. Finally I was referred to Dr. Raissi. and He diagnosed the problem quickly and suggested the treatment needed. After about 4 days, I was walking normally WITHOUT PAIN.
