Dr. Jaguan is truly a blessing. He performed surgery on my boyfriend Jaison for a parotid tumor. At first , many things crossed our minds but thank God for Dr. Jaguan knowledge & support. My boyfriend's surgery was a success. He recovered rapidly, without any complications & hardly any sign of a scar being there. We would definitely recommend him he is a professional and very caring.

My problem is not with Dr. Jaguan, I just needed my ears cleaned from earwax, even though I am Hispanic, I resent calling a business and the phone is answered in Spanish, this is disrespectful, we are in the USA, the native language is English. Today I needed to call to cancel an appointment, it took the person 7:33 minutes to answer, and after explaining what I needed she told me to wait and put me on hold. Another person picked up the phone and after asking me the same questions told me the appointment was already cancelled. This shows total disrespect for the time of patients. The doctor can be an excellent professional, but the front office needs to respect the patients.

Takes too long to see patients.. I came in with with two people in here and still waiting two hours later..... but he's the best if you need thyroid surgery a month later you couldn't even tell i had surgery

Yesterday may 5 Dr Abraham Jaguan did a polipeptomia ( outpatient surgery to eliminate the nasal polyps) he did a tremendous good job , he was super nice, as well as the staff, even when it was with only local anesthesia I had no pain at all..I am super happy with the results ..thanks to Dr Jaguan

First and last visit ...No one spoke English unless talking TO me. Spoke Spanish when speaking about me in front of me. You can hear every other patient in there room,no privacy!Doors were left open. The whole place echoes all the sound. I was rushed from the time I got there, did not finish paperwork until I was checking out. Excellent customer service Great appointment scheduling Dr Jaguan knowledge and expertise are top notch. Would recommend everyone that needs an ENT to give him a chance, you won't regret it. Office services, and we'll as surgery arraignment are very productive and super easy to follow.
