I had an appointment set up to come in at 8:00AM but at 7:45 I needed to cancel because I to my child got sick in the night and it was a Sunday the clinic was closed. Monday I called The clinic it was not open yet so I waited and called at 8:07, She said her name was JEN or Jennifer I told her I had to cancel and she said that she needed a 24 hour noticed and began to give me an attitude because I had to cancel and not give notice I understood that but I not control over my child get sick and it was a Sunday how would I contact them? . So then I asked her could I schedule later in the week or the next. It was for a teeth cleaning. Then she became snarky and snappy everything she said was just like she was about to jump down my throat. Then she said we didn’t have anything for the next 2/3 weeks the first opening is April 14th and I said no we couldn’t do that date then she said the April 18at 1:00PM so I took it and she said okay, and she HUNG UP the phone in my face. I knew she was trying to push the schedule out because I cancelled and I had a gut feeling that it didn’t seem right, I would wait and call the next day. I just called today and talked to Carly she was so nice and said we had lots of opening the reminder of the week for teeth cleaning. And she booked the appointment for Friday at 9:10. I just find very inappropriate and ill mannered, to have an employee working for Dr Erickson. I will finished my teeth cleaning Friday and search for another Clinic, where we are treated appropriately. Even though Dr Erickson is great! I’m sorry for your employee behavior.
