Always so nice and friendly!!

What impresses me most about Dr. Hill's office is that it seems to be able to combine a friendly, happy atmosphere with a business-like efficiency. Dr. Hill communicates very well what needs to be done, what he is about to do and what may be the next repair in the future. Dentist and Dental Assistant work seamlessly together.

Adam and the entire staff are always friendly and professional, highly recommend ! Great as alway !

Always great staff, and quick in and out, Dr Hill is strait up and gives you the care you need and doesn’t try to push anything you don’t, Trusted Dr and honest!

Excellent customer service and attention to detail by Dr. Hill, Jana (hygienist), and front office staff! They always make the visit a comfortable experience and are eager to answer all questions.

90% of the reviews on Dr. Hill are phony, computer-generated nonsense from an outside PAID web service! Spaced approximately one week apart, they are generic with an occasional "Dr. Hill". It's embarrassing. My experience and my daughter's have not been great. WebMD should not allow malicious manipulation of their review feature!

Saw Dr. Hill today and continue to be so impressed with his knowledge and ability to explain complicated situations. His office staff is equally knowledgeable, caring and professional. We're so lucky to have him in our community.

I broke a tooth and they got me in quickly. Dr. Hill was honest and thorough, his staff was absolutely incredible throughout the whole experience. It's nice to have a dentist you can trust.

In my 81 years of visiting dental doctors, both civilian and military, never have I ever visited an office that is run so professionally as Dr Hill and his great staff. The care and concern for their patients is unbelievable. Dr Hill goes all out make sure his dental care is completed right.

Always courteous staff, never have to wait, Dr. Hill is a straight shooter, and makes you feel like you’re getting the care you need , and nothing you don’t , very trusting!

Thorough and friendly. Also, Dr. Hill runs an efficient office, rarely if ever a wait to be seen. He helped with a dental emergency, when I was new in town and hadn’t seen him ever before. Highly recommend.

I am so very happy w the services I received from the Dentist, Dental techs, Hygienist & office staff. Appt times are appt times. I have never had to wait to be seen. The office staff took it upon themselves to contact my insurance & figure out the $ discrepancy from what I was told by my Rep. No surprise, insurance Rep gave incorrect pricing! The Dentist, Techs & Hygienist all were willing to go above and beyond to work around a medical issue I have. I was treated w kindness & compassion from everyone! That's hard to come by these days! I definitely would recommend going to see Dr. Hill. I received a thorough examination and the staff was wonderful.

Ive been going to Alicia and Dr. Hill for well over ten years now. The entire staff there has always been wonderful, friendly, and helpful. Alicia does a fabulous job cleaning and taking care of my teeth and she communicates well and helps to facilitate a low anxiety environment. We have enjoyed getting to know each other over the years as we discuss family, travels, and Tar Heel basketball. Dr. Hill is just as great. He always asks questions about my teeth and how I've been doing. He does a thorough job and has also been a great communicator and a calming presence. We've enjoyed talking about music and of course Tar Heel basketball! Dr. Hill's is an exemplary office of general dentistry !

The staff is professional and complements this dental practice . My dental hygienist kept me in formed through my cleaning procedure , in a clear and easy to understand way. The dental office was clean and tastefully decorated adding to my overall comfortable experience.

Wife and myself been going to Dr. Hill for years. Good dental care is essential for good health overall. Dr. Hill does not stand behind any other dentist as to quality of work, analysis of current and projected situations for teeth health and hires the most qualified and caring staff one could hope to see when facing a dentist. He's tops!!

My previous dentist, who I loved, retired. I have been most pleased with my first patient visit and cleaning with Dr. Hill. The office is delightful, staff is pleasant and professional, and Dr. Hill is most knowledgeable and friendly.

Great dentist service. Very efficient and friendly. Rachelle is my hygienist and she is such a delightful person. Very personable, confident and competent.

Oh darn but it's dentist time and I'll Never outgrow it but guess what.....Dr.Hill and his team are wonderful and they put me at as much ease as possible. I highly recommend them for their understanding and compassion ! They are Great people.

Absolutely a great experience. Dr. Hill and the entire staff are great. I had not been to a dentist in quite sometime and I am a nervous person. They put me at ease and walked me through the entire process. I am so happy I was referred.

Professional and experienced staff, courteous and willing to listen. I first visited Dr. Hill when my regular dentist couldn’t “fit me in” to repair a broken front tooth. Dr. Hill found time to see me and quickly repaired the tooth. He and his office care about their patients!

I had a toothache over the weekend and called Dr. Hill's office. There was an option to call him on his cell, which was not necessary, but great to know. I left a message, and they called back at 7:45 AM on Monday for a workin. Wow! Got right in and Dr. Hill and his staff were, as always, great listeners, careful diagnosing the problem, all in a calm setting that feels quite comfortable for me . Visited for a tooth problem. They were very thorough and took a conservative approach tether than just jumping to an expensive procedure.
