I love Dr Jeanette. A real human being who shows he understands patients feelings I was treated well. I don’t like dental professionals as a whole I’ve been made to feel like a $ sign. Not here I was treated with kindness and I thank him and his office. Thank you. Having just had my second surgery for implants I can’t compliment Dr Janette enough. I had a challenging case and he let me know he could deal with it and he did with care and kindness.

Not only is the doctor wonderful to work with he has a wonderful staff. It’s the best experience that I’ve had in a medical facility in a long long time. His medical assistance is receptionist, everyone that you meet in the office or exceptional. He actually brightened my day when I was going to have to have extractions and bone grafting.

I had for the first time in my 75 years, 2 teeth pulled. I have anxiety so a visit like this was going to be a challenging appointment to get through. Dr. Casteel and her entire staff were kind, knowledgeable and went beyond the call of duty to make it a successful procedure. Just had my second procedure with Dr. Janette and it went smooth and easy. I’m not a huge fan of dental work, but the entire office was warm, welcoming and extremely professional. Everyone made the experience as nice as it could be. I would 1000% recommend this office.

I highly recommend Dr. Adam Jeanette Oral surgeon and staff. I had a tooth that was an anchor for a bridge but the tooth was infected. This tooth had been affecting my health for a long time with sinus and ear infections , Dr Jeanette worked hard to remove the tooth and put implant posts in all in one visit. Dr. Jeanette had an amazing bedside manor, warm, funny and patient. The office had a warm and inviting atmosphere to put you at ease. I found the staff to be friendly, caring and informative. extraction of 4 teeth, A little hiccup when he put topical numbing agent only few spots then needle went in fine until found a spot didn’t have numbing agent wasn’t all that bad Then he left the room to finish working on someone else while injections numb my gums then comes back much much later apologized for having to do that then needles me again this time no topical numbing agent needle stabbing into my gums. I have a high tolerance for pain but it was unnecessary pain. He did get them all numbed up then it was painless graceful surgical perfection. Dr Adam Jeanette was recommended by morro bay family dental. I was in there office less than 5 minutes then out the door. A few useless ex rays I asked for whole mouth ex ray, tech said “I don’t know if you are going to be a client of ours” (evidently they only want insured clients $$$$$$) then charged me 250$ For useless ex ray. Adam Jeanette office loyalty to MB FAM DENTAL kept trying to get me to go back to them I said absolutely not! From that point on was treated differently. Promises dr Adam Jeanette made when I got the bill we’re not honored. Also I asked for pain meds after a few hours of jaw crushing pain they said they electronically sent to rite aid may take a while and did THEY NEVER SENT IT! I couldn’t get to rite aid until 5 pm Friday so I get to heal up no pain meds. Tylenol seems to be doing the trick though. Ex ray 4 teeth pulled, some bone grinding down, bone graft paste put in tooth hole 3200$$ less than 30 minutes of actual work. He is that good. I highly recommend insurance no insurance/no mercy. 6400$$ an hour. Not bad. I Totally understand people walking around with bad teeth. Was hung up on buy someone name Allison she was rude terrible customer service

It takes a lot for me to leave a poor review, but this this necessary. I totally understand that times right now can be difficult, but I believe that it is especially important to not allow personal circumstances to interfere with delivering a high level of service. With that in mind I wouldn't recommend using San Luis Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and Dental Implant Center until management staff have been provided with advanced training on effective listening, problem resolution, and what great client service looks like. I realize the above probably needs some context: My wife was scheduled to have her wisdom teeth pulled @8am PST and she was cancelled by the office at 7:30am. Then the rescheduled appointment was cancelled too. We have a newborn at home. A family member was traveling to come help from 40 minutes away during the surgery time. I took 2 days time off work. There was premade post-surgery recommended foods that had to be tossed because of the constant rescheduling. These cancellations actually cost us around ~$500. When I called and spoke with the office manager about my concerns, the level of service was abysmal. I calmly explained the concerns I had for the upcoming 3rd rescheduled appointment and walked through how much the last minute reschedules had cost us financially. I asked for some type of cost adjustment to the service we were paying for (wisdom teeth removal) to account for how the lack of reliability had cost us financially. Throughout the entire conversation, if you can call it that, the office manager hardly allowed me to finish a sentence without interrupting me. She wouldn't assist us at all and said, "Unfortunately, this is a cost of service for you." There was no discussion, no collaboration of what might be able to be done to remedy the concerns at hand. I was appalled. In my 20 years of service experience, I seldom talk with management staff that have such poor people skills, let alone severe lack of business sense. I would have been happy with $250 deducted from our upcoming $1800 bill. Heck, even $100 off, a sincere apology and getting my wife in sooner than a week would have made the difference. Anyways, I hope that this review is taken to heart, improvements are made and that additional training is provided to the staff so that other folks don't experience what my family did. . Responded very quickly to referral from dentist after having a hairline crack in a tooth that became unbearable. No one hates dental work more than I do. I've had extensive work done in the past and suffer from TMJ disorder and anxiety. Dr Janette and his team did a wonderful job of easing my fears while providing excellent service. My dentist, Dr Ng, contacted Bailey at Dr. Janette's office with a need to expedite a visit. They worked well together, squeezing me in two hours later since I traveled from out of town for my appointment. During the first visit, Dr. Janette and Bailey ensured I had a positive experience, communicating what would be involved in the treatment, expressing concern for my comfort. I was very happy with my experience. After being bumped twice by one of the other oral surgeons in SLO , I called Dr. Janette 's office. They made me an appointment right away and removed my wisdom teeth with out issue. The recovery was almost painless leading me to believe that he preformed the operation proficiently.

(The entire procedure was going to be approximately $1,100.00) I opted for a quick trip to Mexico (which got me in 10 days before this office could get me in). Shared expenses with my sister... the gas, hotel, meals, extraction, and 2 prescriptions (delivered to the dentist office by courier) cost me a total of $251.00. You do the math. Dr Jeanette did the Reconstruction of my whole mouth. He fixed the nightmare I had done at Swiss Dental in SLO. Implants and all .Best dentist/surgeon I have ever been to! I've also referred several people to him that are very happy. As far as the person that went to Mexico good luck with that. I would rather pay more money and see a competent Dr in the United States. My husband's aunt died during surgery in Mexico. Get what you pay for. Also if you don't end up dying there if there are any problems after any procedures who wants to drive all the way to Mexico? They took a day that had me in tears, taking on my biggest phobia(surgery, all 4 wisdom teeth, impacted), and handled it with such kindness, humor, and knowledge, that I was completely at ease and even laughing before the surgery began. I was supposed to have a standard root canal done at a local dentist here in Paso Robles. Turns out my tooth was cracked beyond repair and needed to be pulled surgically. They referred me to Dr. Janette and they claimed he was the best around. So the very next morning I found myself at his office and they were waiting for me. All the paperwork was filled out ahead of time online so that saved valuable time. The staff was so helpful and the Doctor made me feel at home. Before I knew it, I wâs on my way home...no more pain! Went in last week to have a back tooth removed. My family dentist tryed his best but the tooth was too​ much. The office staff at Central Coast Oral had me come in and we finished the paper work quickly. Dr Weaver and his team were the best I have ever seen. They had me feeling at ease and very comfortable even with​ all the pain I was in. The surgery went very well. The follow up visit went even better. I love Dr. Janette. he did 3 dental implants & bone build up. I recommend him to anyone I know. He explains procedures & makes you feel comfortable & as if you've known him forever. Very professional & has a great sense of humor. Office staff is friendly & professional. He also worked very closely w/my dentist.

I found a member of his staff to be less than truthful in their dealings with me to cover a mistake that the doctor made. Avoid this practice.
