I went to the ER with severe pain all down my left side.  I knew I was dehydrated, I had been crying for 3 days from the pain.  I told the nurse I'm sure I need an IV because I haven't been able to drink fluids or eat anything. I DID NOT ASK FOT ANY PAIN MEDICATION.  I DIDN"T WANT ANY. They hooked me up to an IV, took some blood, and urine, and ordered an EKG.  The urine came back with elevated HCG levels,  I have had a complete hysterectomy about 7 yrs ago.  Dr.  Adam R Krommenhoek didn't know why that would have been elevated, and brushed aside when I mentioned I had high HCG levels about 6 months ago when I went to my family Dr to get blood work.     The blood came back clean as well.  I NEVER received the EKG.  Dr Adam R Krommenhoek waited until all the nurses left my room then he came in and told me there is NOTHING wrong with you and DON'T COME BACK UNLESS IT'S IN AN AMBULANCE.  I was sent home with a discharge paper that claimed I had an EKG/Cardiovascular test done.  Which is false!! Not once did  Dr. Adam R Krommenhoek ask if I had or ask any of the nurses if I had. I DID NOT ASK for any pain meds, nor did I receive any.  I DID NOT WANT ANY!!  I was looking for some answers or guidance of where to go to for a specialist if he didn't know.  He should NOT be in practice if he is going to treat patients that way. 

I was told by my surgeon, to check into the ER dept to then get a room as I would have surgery on a tumor that night, or the next day. I was there for 2 hours or less. Took myself to the restroom, put on a gown. My surgeon's nurse came in to let me know surgery would be the next morning and she asked the ER nurse to put in an IV to get ready for that. Then I was shortly taken to my in patient room. At NO time did I ever see this dr, or need to see him. I never saw my MRI until later that evening when my surgeon went over it with me, in my room. Imaging my surprise, when I received a copy of the ER doctors notes during my time there. He talks about meeting with me and whatever family members were there, ( no one was there due to covid!) going over the MRI and decisions about surgery. I was billed a large amount when I thought I would only need to pay my copay. The record is fraudulent! Appealing to hospital and my insurance. Hospital denied my appeal due to the doctors notes!! Now what!? That record is a LIE. But I guess it is my word against the doctor? VERY upset. Yes, i had a brain tumor and was dizzy but NOT incapacitated and in no need of anything but surgery. VERY disappointed that this would be so untrue. Left at a loss of what to do next...
