Very attentive to my issues and took the time to talk to me

Dr. Smith was very forthcoming and thorough concerning my shoulder surgery.

It's was my first time and they were so nice. They know how to take care of you.

Dr. Smith and staff are knowledgeable, professional, and personal. I received fantastic care.

New to Jackson, but sadly not new to shoulder injuries. My PCP referred me to who she said was “the best,” and I concur. Dr. Smith was prepared & knowledgeable about my case before he came into the exam room, listened to my concerns, responded kindly & compassionately, then acted swiftly to address the current inflammation discomfort and formulated a long-term plan I could live with. Very pleased and grateful for his care!

Dr smith is prompt and personable. Excellent sx with ability to perform surgery and communicate with patient.

Dr. Smith is an excellent doctor. I saw him for a frozen shoulder. He took the time to explain what was happening and talked me through my options. Before and after surgery, he has been kind and answered all my questions. Thankfully, my shoulder is much better now. I highly recommend him!

Dr smith very good dr he did a partial replacement on my shoulder about 3 weeks ago I would recommend him to anyone having shoulder and elbow issues

This is the most caring doctor/person I have met in a very long time! He actually follows up on his surgical patients! Even on a Friday at 'closing time'! IMPRESSIVE!

I could not have asked for a better doctor than Dr. Smith. He did an excellent job on my crushed elbow. Gave me some great advice today. Im so thankful for him!

Had a complete and total shoulder joint replacement 2 months ago. It's now the best working joint i have. So nice to be pain free and have my mobility back at 66.

Dr Adam Smith, performed a Reverse Shoulder Replacement on my right shoulder on 18 Dec 2019. He is now treating me for severe pain in my left shoulder. I trust Dr Smith implicitly. My right shoulder had extreme pain prior to surgery. I still have some weakness in my right arm but am pain free. I am able to perform tasks with my right arm I did not believe I would ever be able to do again. It grows in strength and mobility daily. Dr Adams Smith has been my orthopedic doctor since August 2020. He is very nice and has a pleasant personality. Always have time to talk about your condition. Anyway, I had shoulder surgery 10 weeks ago. Went today for check-up. Shoulder still not doing as well as he and I expected. Instead of him saying, well just go on it will get better. Dr. Smith is an exceptional doctor in every aspect! So happy with my shoulder repair. He also has a great staff.

Great group of doctors.

Had a shoulder that needed surgery, Dr. Smith and the staff took care of me and the pain is gone. I have full range of motion and feel better than I have in years. The follow up and PT was great as well at West TN Bone & Joint Clinic.

Dr. Smith was very professional and took time to explain to me very detailed the extent of my injury and what my options were. He gave me several options and I decided to go with surgery. My recovery was much better than expected from a torn bicep and double rotator cuff. I was back to work and competing in no time. I would not even consider another orthopedic surgeon. My experience could not have been better.

Dr Smith is awesome. Spends a lot of time discussing your care and is on his game. He is knowledgeable and skilled in his specialty. I would highly recommend to anyone who needs shoulder surgery, as a nurse I am very particular and search for the best available for my family. He met all expectations and then some. His front desk employee, Tracey is rude and unhelpful. There is a word for her but I cannot post it here. Other than issues with her, everyone else was great.

Absolutely ThE best anywhere! I am so thankful for Dr. Smith and his great staff. He fixed what others could not. He's a fantastic doctor and a caring person. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Dr. Smith did two procedures (operations) on my right shoulder. The first time it was just to fix a small rotator cuff tear. When done he had put in 5 anchors and did numerous repairs. Did rehab and my shoulder was worst than when he started. My mistake was letting him try again a second time. Have pain ever day and it is getting worst. Would no recommend him to anyone.
