Dentist Adam Socarda informed me that I had a small cavity. Well, after he performed the filling I started to have tooth sensitivity...I went back and he said the cavity was large & it's too close to the nerve. His "small cavity" story completely changed to a "large cavity". I guess he shaved too much of my tooth, and then sold me on root canal with a crown. Complete disappointment! Dentist Adam Socarda informed me that I had a small cavity. Dr. Socarda is very professional and has a wonderful staff. I have been a patient of his for twenty years. My crowns that he did twenty years ago is still in perfect condition. My fillings as well have also lasted. Thank you Dr. Socarda for taking such good care of my teeth.
I was a bit skeptical of this dental office because my friend who referred said that "he's a great dentist who cleans your teeth instead of some hygienist". I thought that was an odd business model but then maybe he's short handed or trying to minimize his overhead cost. Everything was fine until he recommended that I need take care of a small cavity... Well, the small cavity turned into tooth sensitivity bc he drilled too much of my tooth...then I had to get a root canal & crown. DISAPPOINTED!
