Dr. WILLIS IS A GREAT DOCTOR BUT THE PROBLEM IS WITH THE OFFICE THEY DON'T ANSWER THE PHONE CALLS AT ALL THEY HAVE A PROBLEM UNSOLVED WITH ANSWERING THE VOICE MESSAGES EVEN THOUGH IT'S IMPORTANT TO GET MEDICATION REDFIELD OR APPOINTMENTS .THEY NEED TO FIX THIS PROBLEM BECAUSE EVERY PATIENT HAS BEEN COMPLAINING ABOUT IT . THIS IS AT COVINA LOCATION. .

I had my initial consultation and assessment today with Dr Willis. She and her staff were very thorough and professional, as my medical history was collected/reviewed, followed by a physical exam. Most mportantly, a couple of non-invasive tests were performed to establish a new baseline for going forward.

After contacting Dr. Willis twice about my father's addiction to opiods, she referred him to the pain management specialists on the first consultation. She neglected to make sure his diabetes was under control (ie she did not prescribe him any test strips). Control the diabetes and the neuropathy will subside. Even after documenting his misuse of the opiods (including mixing with alcohol and doubling doses), she still allowed him to be referred to pain management. She was fooled by an addict and for the sake of her patients, she should retire.

Love Dr. Willis. My husband and I both have her as our primary physician for many years. She is a professional doctor, who genuinely cares about your health and wellbeing.

Dr. Willis is a wonderful, caring doctor. I had my first appointment with her yesterday 06/02/2021. I was very nervous. She put me at complete ease. She listens and demonstrates genuine interest and concern for my health. I highly recommend her.

So happy that I was able to find Dr. Willis after she left Lakeside.

Dr. Willis has been our family doctor for over 20 years! She is patient and really cares about the health of her patients. My family and I love her. I was sad when she left Lakeside and got stuck with another doctor. However, we found her again! I am under her care once again and happy about it. She's now at Mayflower Medical Group in Covina.

Liked having her as a doctor. Sad that she no longer is there. Anyone know where she's at now?

Dr Willis is The Best, don’t make doctors like her anymore. Ditto we need to find her. Lakeside needed to treat her better, she was only reason we stayed at Lakeside.

Went there today and the nurse practioner Jimmy was amazing. He showed compassion, very patient and wanted to make sure we understood everything. It was only his 2nd day!

One of the best Doctors ever. Always listens and truely cares about her patients.

Dr. Willis actually sits down and gives you her full attention. She takes her time to listen to all of your questions and answers with easy to understand explanations. On a few occasions I had to wait in the exam room for up to 30 min. But, it was well worth it because I knew she would be spending a long time with me. Unfortunately she has to schedule so many patients each day. She is genuinely concerned with all of her patients and has even called me personally with test results. Excellent
