Dr. Adriana Maria Castro

Current patient with both my children and have nothing but great things to say about Dr. Castro and the care my kids receive from her. However scheduling is a distater and has gotten worse through out the years I've never had an appointment that I've been seen on time and lately I've had to wait over an hour to be called into a room and then normally an other 30-45 mins to see the actual doctor. This is completely inconsiderate to her patients, as a working parent I have to use PTO to take my kids to their appointments and not knowing how long I will be there makes me have to take an entire day off instead of being able to take half a day. Besides the inconvenience to me as a parent it throws of sleeping and feeding schedules for my little ones. This office needs to do better!

When we first began wait times were quite long, but since covid they shortened, and now it is perfect! Dr. Castro is always willing to spend time answering any technical questions or addressing concerns. She has lots of experience and advises well. She has always been flexible with me as a new mom who wanted to try different things, she gives her advice but I’ve never felt judged for doing something differently, she always supports our family and is kind and professional. We have been with her practice for 4 yrs with 2 babies.

Dr. Castro has been my pediatrician and now both of my kids pediatrician. I honestly can’t picture my kids seeing anyone else. We love her so much! She’s very caring, answers ALL your questions and concerns in full details, I’ve never felt rushed out of her office. I’m so happy that she’s still practicing. Dr. Castro is amazing, so glad we found her. She comes to see your baby while still in the hospital, she has a small practice which is ultimately why we chose her as it’s more personable then a larger practice.

Dr Castro has been our family’s pediatrician For 11 years. She and her staff and simply the best. I love knowing that my kids are cared for by people who know them so well. Dr Castro has so much experience and expertise.

We took our daughters to Dr. Castro office for a first time appointment and so far has been the best experience ever for a pediatrician. Excellent staff and very passionate doctor. Dr. Castro was so good with our newborn daughter at her first checkup. She also took the time to answer all our questions and gave me excellent advice about how to manage breastfeeding and pumping so our baby doesn't get too much milk too fast and spit up constantly. Highly recommend this pediatrician.

And if your boy is strong and stubborn ask for Claudio the male nurse that put the vaccines he has my son Christian Roberto under control since day one...he even taught me how to change diapers lol. We were patients of Dr. Castro for 10 years, after the birth of our first of 3 sons. She is a great pediatrician, as long as you vaccinate to her liking. We were " fired" by her after we did not adhere to the vaccination schedule. We have an autistic son, so after doing some research we did not feel totally comfortable with the vaccination schedule. She was very dismissive of our concerns and never offered any information to address them. We were still unsure about it, and it got to the point that we felt intimidated and bullied. Even when we made sick baby appointments, vaccines were the topic of conversation. In 2016, she wrote us a scathing letter, completely unprofessional, saying things like if we want to follow the advice of "a playboy bunny", she meant Jenny McCarthy, regarding vaccinations, we could take our business elsewhere. We did. There is no true informed consent, proper risks and benefits offered by her prior to giving vaccines.
