Just awful. OMG. Having had a retinal tear repair (in another state) and being older. I have a good expectation of what an eye exam and retinal exam should entail. Not only did she never make eye contact with me, on a conversational level, the exam took less than 5 minutes. Then left me in the room and walked out. Were we done, was I to leave? Nothing. Terrible experience. Doctor appeared to have no knowledge of problem or desire to help. Insensitive and made me feel if my symptoms were made up despite other medical professionals urging me to see specialist care. No knowledge of possible diagnosis or treatment. Attitude on two visits were "just wait until problem is worse" then followup. Called in colleague to belittle my symptoms and concerns. Most insensitive and incompetent doctor I have ever been to. No stars if I could. Demanded refund.
