Sometimes one doesnât click with a doctor. My wife and I were patients of his and both had poor experiences. Neither of us would recommend Hai to anyone. He wrote up incorrect medical records on my wife listing medications she was never prescribed or taken. Listed her as a male on another write up. He didnât follow up with her on test results after communicating he would call in 2-3 days. My wife had to call to get those results. He argued, yes argued with her while she was on the table preparing for a procedure....extremely unprofessional! After that procedure, she had a terrible reaction (gained 14 lbs in 2 days) to a med and he happened to be the doctor on call. He reminded her twice it was Saturday night (what??) and she should come to his office on Monday. We instead went to the ER and were told she likely would not have made it through the weekend. Maybe it was just us, but I would stay away from him if you are looking for a compassionate, competent physician.
