Horrible trying to get records sent for three years to new doctors

Excellent at diagnosing rare conditions. Very personable.

I decided to change find a doctor closer to my home. I found Dr Agnes Simmons online. Because she is one block away from where I live it's safer than going all the way downtown to my previous doctor during Covid. My first visit was last April 2020. I waited 2 hours after my schedule appointment with her. I was next then Dr Simmons took someone before me. I didn't say anyting. Now, it's my turn. She is short fused and no bedside manners. She seem to forgot what she just told me. I finially had another visit online with her January 12, 2021. Gave her all the dates of my radiology test, eye visit from August 2020 (EKG-Chest XRAY). i ask did she receive the results, she said yes then she did nt go over them with me. She explained that she rather have visits in her office. (?) She got my medications mixed up at RiteAide. Then I changed it tot CVS. Dr Simmons is a very confused PCP. I still have not received a couple of referrals she said she will mail them to me. No meds in over 3 weeks.

Dr Simmons is a very knowledgeable prof, she has a caring and friendly service. But you must have a lot of patients to wait for your turn that I don't like if it's not a Impt serious visit

The wait is 2/3 hours. And she talks nasty to you.all she really does is send you for text and blood work, then it takes weeks to see her again. After that she’ll tell you what’s wrong with you and what you need to do. Just try not to die while waiting????????‍♀️

Where do I start! How about the 2 to 3 hour wait because she strolls late. Or, the disorder of the office itself. The receptionist desk is overwhelmed with paper/patient folders. The two tiny offices look the same way! There is no organization in her office. She has not kept up with technology at all!

Horrible..how does she stay in business. ..rude staff and ignorant ..Rude dr . Simmons. Very unprofessional..can't talk without being nasty. ..she needs to retire !!

Called for an appointment and the phone just rang and rang and rang. No answer, no answering service.

The wait time is too long to see her; the aesthetics of the office are horrible; the staff changes and many of them are no trained well; the record keeping is horrible and her diagnosis is based on perscribing medicine without aedequate examination.
