Dr. Agustin C Sanz

Dr. Sanz uncovered issues with my health in a highly proactive manner. His ability to sense and diagnose problems early makes him near perfect compared to others. I know I couldn't be doing better and feeling like myself without having found Dr. Sanz. He treats potential problems before they become actual problems. That's my kind of Dr. Lastly, he's pleasant, easy to talk to, explains, educates, and will respond to any questions. He goes from very serious to a manner that makes you feel like you've known him forever. He's friendly.

The last time I saw Dr Sanz i was worried about my blood work and he a sure me that it wasn’t too bad.

I've lost my patience and confidence with my primary care provider, Dr. Sanz and Quest laboratories. Lab results have been lost or not sent to my physician. This has been going on for almost a year. Followup tests and subsequent tests have not been delivered and nobody seems to care. I've made multiple calls and sent messages through the portal with no replies. The disregard of my concerns is unacceptable.

I’m very happy with Dr Sanz and his staff . Very professional, courtesy, knowledgeable. I’m have been a patient of Dr Sanz for so many years and I highly recommend his service.

I have the pleasure to be Dr. Sanz patient for years since he had his own practice in St Lucie West, I had just moved to Port St Lucie. He always wants to know the bottom of the problem by ordering studies and explaining to the patient thoroughly what the treatment will be, I am very happy with Dr. Sanz and will recommend to my love ones and friends. Great Doctor.

Went to Dr. Agustin Sanz for a primary Dr. After waiting in the patient room for a hour he finally came in. I felt he really didn’t lessen to me and left with disappointment. He seemed to have no idea on how to help me. Or ideas maybe we could try. I felt like this was a complete waste of time. I’ll find another Dr. That values me like an individual. I just seemed like a number. Also no explanation on why it took him a hour to see me after I was checked in. My time is just as important as any DR’s time. Do yourself a favor and pass on this guy.

Had my first visit with Dr Sanz few weeks ago . Took time to listen to me whine about being 71

First the staff. Absolutely excellent. Respectful, friendly, helpful and actually seem to care. Very refreshing. Dr. Sanz is well..... Wonderful! I left my last doctor because she didn't listen to me. Dr. Sanz listens and has solutions. My husband and I both see him. Very happy with his care and great manor in which he speaks with us. We feel our health in in good hands.

My husband has been a patient of Dr.Sanz for several years now. We appreciate his expert knowledge and care.

Was told they accepted my Insurance when I came in only to call a few weeks later when having trouble scheduling diagnostics for them to tell me that I owe $500 for my visit. Robin is very rude and honestly needs to reevaluate herself. I was nothing but kind and tried to calm her down but she was practically yelling at me. I will not recommend them for anyone I know. This was my first visit. Check-in went ok. Doctor Sanz was a wiling listener getting up to date with my health situation and providing advice. Happy patient at this time.

Although I absolutely love Dr Sanz, I hate calling his office! I just spent 22 minutes on hold and when a girl picked up I gave her my name and DOB. Then click! The line went dead and she did not call me back. And this is not the first time this has happened. Every time I call, I have to hold for at least 10/15/20 minutes which is ridiculous! The problem is they have 35 doctors in the practice and not enough people to answer the phones. I moved from PSL 8 years ago but keep seeing him because I have a good patient/dr relationship with him. Unless they fix this phone problem, though, I may have to find a doctor who is not part of a bloated company where the patient's time and convenience means nothing to them. 5* for Dr Sanz, 0* for Heart & Family Health!

Staff friendly and efficient. All precautions against COVID in place. Dr. Sanz friendly, unhurried and willing to listen.

Doctor Sanz is great, he listen and advice you with your health needs, I am please with his services as well with his staff at his office.

Dr. Sanz is a man who is On time, On task, and On a mission. My appointment was for 10:00 , I was on my way home by 10:30. He was thorough with his examination, and answered all my questions professionally. I'm so glad Dr. Sanz is my doctor.

Dr. Sanz is patient and understanding. I have several chronic conditions, and had labs done. The phlebotomist was excellent. She found my vein on the first try and painless! I received my results within a couple of days over the weekend, and was notified on Monday by phone concerning my prescription refill. All good!

I’ve been Dr. Sanz’ patient for a year. I’m very pleased with the treatment and services I ‘m receiving at this state of the art facility. Dr. Sanz is personable and easy to talk to. Dr. Sanz’ medical expertise gives me confidence. I would definitely recommend Dr. Sanz to my family and friends. Staff is cordial and helpful.

Dr. Sanz is the best. He actually listens and is not typing on a keyboard when you're speaking. He's down to earth, has a great sense of humor, patience and has a friendly manner. Always spends time with me.

Doctor Sanz Will not call a patient back to go over results. As a matter of fact, I sent a few messages via patient portal to him, and never got a reply from him either. My Labs were slightly off, and I would have still liked to have gone over them with him. The actual physical exam was not even close to thorough. I had a decent amount of wait time, And then probably spent about 10 minutes with the doctor! They are more interested in money than care. I will not return, And I do Not recommend this Facility. It's unfortunate...

I'm a new resident in PSL, and really glad to find Dr Sanz as my primary. I find he listens, understands me and makes recommendations. The office is outstanding, large with plenty of seats. The office staff is very professional & well organized. On my last visit (June 24) everyone was following CDC rules: mask, hand sanitizer etc

Dr. Sanz is a thoughtful physician: he takes his time with you and listens both to your history and your concerns, while discussing your lab and clinical work up.

30 to 40 minute waits on phone to schedule a first time appointment with no answer is terrible. Are you open on Mondays? I was hoping to have better luck at this Heart Family office.

Finding a good doctor with a super support staff is not an easy task. I am so happy with Dr. Sanz and staff. From Check in, to prompt appointment time, to great support and follow up with nurses, I have had great experiences in these last two years. As far as Doctor Sanz, he has changed my mother's life helping her get off of piles of pharmaceuticals after a massive brain aneurysm. In fact, when the physician assistant takes my BP, it is most always high but 5 minutes later after speaking with him, it comes down within normal range! Tried to make an appointment today for a checkup and was told that they don't do that there?? I got his name from my insurance provider, will let my provider know to not refer to him.
