Professional and friendly staff, clean establishment. I have been dealing with tooth pain for over 7 months and not a single dentist or endodontist could help me. Dr. Eslami was the only one to think outside the box and really work with me to get this problem fixed. He is happy to talk you through the process of every procedure and he reassures you and takes his time explaining every detail if you ask. He is very smart, kind, and professional. For the first time in months, I am feeling hopeful as he helps me navigate through this healing process. I am sure he will find a solution for me as he has already made a lot of progress with this tooth. If you are looking for a trustworthy and highly professional periodontist, than I recommend going with Dr. Eslami & Team Perio.

I was very nervous going into what was some fairly extensive dental work. Dr. Eslami and his team were AMAZING. Took time to explain everything thoroughly, ensure all of my questions were answered and were friendly and compassionate. Considering the amount of work I had done - they ensured I was comfortable throughout. They really care, and followed up and answered questions I had after the procedures. I would highly recommend Dr. Eslmai and his team for any work you need!

I went to see Dr. Eslami as referred by Dr. Shetty at Integrative Dental Solutions. He removed a 39 yr old root canal & gave me an allograft. It was for upper molar so it was 3 root removal, and he has a special machine that mixes your own blood with the material to help it heal and make bone. Dr. Eslami helped me through this procedure so thoughtfully & patiently, as have his wonderful staff. You are in good hands with this very excellent periodontist!

I just finished a lengthy implant process with Dr. Eslami and his team. Never fun, but I am SO grateful for the wonderful care. No corners were cut. Bone structure was carefully considered and addressed. Everything was done to assure an excellent outcome. Questions were answered with great care and attentiveness. Discomfort was completely addressed. All technical and office people were kind, helpful, and professional. I cannot express how grateful my dentist referred me to this practice. Many implant clinics advertise “same day service”. I am glad I didn’t buy into short cuts. I anticipate an excellent outcome.

Dr. Eslami is extremely kind & patient. He is very knowledgeable in oral health and best practices. I had a bone cyst removed, a bone graft and implants. He is an incredible man and a gifted periodontist. I would recommend Dr. Eslami to anyone in need of these services.

He may be a highly professional periodontist, but my implant experience was very painful - not only the day of the surgery but for weeks thereafter - even with codeine. I had communication issues with the staff, too. I am a senior and it wasn't this way a decade ago.

Dr. Eslami and his team are incredible. From start to finish. The team works so well together. They put my mind at ease and everything went very well.

My mother was experiencing pains from a tooth that had cracked and couldn’t bear it for that long, so we were recommended to Dr.Eslami for the fix and he did an amazing job! He shaved down her tooth and was able to alleviate the pain she was having. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for periodontal work or implants

Dr. Eslami and his team are extremely kind and professional. My 14 year old daughter was in a skiing accident and chipped her front tooth. Dr. Eslami was easily able to fix her tooth with a less invasive option than our pediatric dentist had recommended. Her smile is beautiful! Not only is Dr. Eslami an amazing periodontist, he and his team are so incredibly kind and friendly! I had three implants put in over the course of a few years, and he has always taken the time to answer all of my questions both before and after the procedure. Dr. Eslami helped my husband with a toothache that was driving him crazy, not only did he get him out of pain but answered all his questions and treated him like family. In this new era of health concern his office was clean, and clearly practiced all of the required steps to keep us and his staff safe! I was not concerned at all and neither was my husband. Dr. Eslami is quite simply, the best. I visited him twice, for 2 molar extractions (abscessed root canals) and he handled both procedures with such kindness, skill and the utmost quality of care. I love to ask a lot of questions to understand what happens in detail, and he and his team could not have been more patient or accommodating. They really put the paitent first. I can honestly say it was an enjoyable experience both times, to have my molars removed (who would have thought ha?). I have spent about a month shy from a complete year with Dr. Eslami and his staff taking care of a cracked tooth. I have a fear of the dentist which eventually led me to unfortunately need his services. Fortunately, his skills and expertise has made me very comfortable in his care as I got a tooth extraction and implant. I am in the process of having my third implant placed with Dr. Eslami. The results have been fantastic. Dr. Eslami has earned my complete trust and confidence. My experience with Dr. Eslami and his team has been amazing. Dr. Eslami is so caring and truly walks you through the entire process with compassion and understanding. The job you are getting done, can at times, be very vulnerable but his gentle approach and knowledge made me feel so comfortable and well taken care of. Dr. Eslami did a fabulous job and their staff is very accommodating. They made me feel very comfortable thru the entire process.

Dr. Eslami and his team are great. The care they gave was better than I could have found anywhere else. They treated me with great care, gentle with little discomfort.

I had a persistent pain in my upper molar which at numerous times I brought up to my regular dentist with no successful resolution. Over a weekend the pain got so bad that I called Dr. Eslami, who has done dental implants for me in past and he immediately called in a prescription to alleviate the pain and setup an appointment for the following Monday. During that visit he did an exam and x-rays and discovered that the tooth was infected and the infection had moved into my sinus cavity through the bone. He successfully performed surgery and for the first time in a long time I was without pain. Needless to say I would highly recommend Dr. Eslami and his team when it comes to diagnosing and preforming dental surgery.

I highly recommend Dr. Eslami and his team. I recently had an implant procedure and it was so much easier than I anticipated. Everyone in this office is friendly and welcoming. I received calls the day before and after the procedure to make sure I was doing ok.

Dr Eslami and his team are absolutely fantastic!!!

I had 5 implants, totally professional surgeon and staff was my experience. Made the experience as expedient and painless as possible. Dr. Eslami can solve unforeseen issues in creative sometimes out of The box solutions That baffle the ordinary practitioner.

Dr. Eslami is very gifted and caring. I had multiple visits for complicated implant cases and he always comes-up with a solution. He skipped his lunch, or stayed after hours to take care of aching tooth. His talent and his entire team are a true blessing for everyone with teeth problems, like myself. Dr Eslami gave me complete confidence and answered all my questions before and during the surgery. Both he and his assistant Sarah frequently made sure I was comfortable during the procedure. Had to have an implant by another doctor removed and new one put in and all was done in 1 hour with virtually no discomfort. Thank you.

Dr. Eslami, Chris, and his staff are beyond welcoming! As a person terrified of the dentist, I put off dental work till it was a medical necessity rather then just a basic need. After getting a referral from a friend I reluctantly went, in tears of embarrassment and fear, but was happily surprised at how comfortable they are and never once felt judged. Dr. Eslami worked out a plan and we started the process last week with 5 implants. Healing is going good with the only real pain from a extraction that had an infection. I didn't even feel any pain or discomfort during for my implant procedures and I didn't even realize he pulled my wisdom except that he told me we were done. I highly recommend him and his team.

Very caring, nonjudgmental, and gave me a full education on the implant process. I recently had intense pain and swelling associated with a tooth implant Dr. Eslami performed 10 years ago. I called the office "after hours emergency line" late on Friday afternoon and received a call back within the hour. Dr. Eslami was able to provide me with medication based on my symptoms and worked to schedule me first thing on Monday morning. He even checked in to see how I was throughout the weekend! Thankfully the irritation was not an infection and my implant is doing well. It was of great relief to know that Dr. Eslami is committed to solving his patients' concerns, even if it means returning calls and contacting a pharmacy while he was away for a weekend. Dr. eslami is so down to earth and kind, as is everyone in his office. Had an exam and he gave me my options. Having an implant for a permanent resolution. He also told me about an exercise plan to build up my bones. I will update after implant. Very happy.

While the implant process is long and tedious, I cannot say enough about the care that Dr. Eslami and his staff provided. Dr. Eslami is incredibly competent and performed my dental implant procedure without any problems. He always had a warm smile and witty joke waiting for me when I came in for my appointments. In addition, when my regular dentist had a problem placing the crown, Dr. Eslami was able to get me into the office to troubleshoot the next day. I highly recommend Dr. Eslami.

I had an implant placed by Dr. E and he is VERY caring. He took the time to ensure I understood the procedure and provided me with detail on what I should expect following. He did send me back to my general dentist to get the crown but I would choose to have my implant placed by a specialist any day, as it is essentially mouth surgery. Since I had to wait for the final crown placement anyway, I didn't mind going back to my dentist (who I also ??) Fun staff, too. Great experience!

The thought of loosing no my tooth was upsetting to begin with but the time Dr. Eslami took to explain the process and the extra effort to make me feel comfortable really put my mind at ease. THe work i had done was done well however I feel Dr Eslami cares more about how much he can charge then he does about the patient. He charged for a bacterial lab test twice which seemed completely unnecessary Once the implant is in the patient must contact another DDS to put in a crown leaving you with a missing tooth. I know of DDS who do the implant and crown on same visit so you dont have to walk around with a missing tooth. Would not recommend Dr Eslami

Dr. Eslami and his staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. I had to have a tooth extraction done but was worried about finding the right Doctor living out of state. However, Dr. Eslami worked with my schedule and was able to meet me and perform the extraction the same day. The surgery went very well and the work he performed is extremely satisfactory. Dr. Eslami and his staff were an excellent choice, and I would recommend him to anyone needing dental work.

Dr. Eslami and his staff were excellent. I had to have gum graphs done and I kept putting it off thinking it was going to be painful. I finally went in for a consult with Dr. Eslami and he was so reassuring and friendly. I was so nervous, but the procedure went great and the results are amazing. I was pleasantly surprised that the procedure wasn't painful and the recovery went very smoothly. Not only does my smile look so much better, but I know this procedure has improved my dental health!

He was capable of finding an implant crown solution for an implant that had to be placed close to my tongue due to some bone loss. Dr. Eslami and staff were so friendly and helpful! As soon as I walked into the office I was greeting by everyone and they were all so friendly and personable. My dentist had recommended Dr. Eslami to do my gum surgery but he wasn't covered under my insurance plan. I decided to go to him because I heard he was the best at what he does and he definitely is! My gum that he worked on looks amazing now and I don't have any more pain. I have three more surgeries and I will definitely going back to Dr. Eslami for all of them.
