Receptionist are rude and act like they don’t want to take care of anybody . Literally stared at me as I waited to check in with no one in line and then opened the window like yeah? Wym yeah I have an appointment anyway. Appointment was for 2:45 I showed at 2:30 as directed I was pulled into a room at 2:55 and 3:30 no one had even come to check on… pants down just waiting.. Why would you schedule a patient for 10:30 appointment and have other patients come in after her and leave before her? Raup is the one that left tissue inside of me the first procedure. Receptionist Sarah from front desk is such a rude person. She ought to be fired as I’m seriously questioning this whole office because of her attitude. When your front desk staff are this awful, indifferent and useless; how can I even trust you medical staff?

Office staff very rude, uncaring, cold. The type that make you want to leave practice. Doctor is great. Tough call with this office. It is so important to feel taken care of with compassion when you call office. The office staff is a representation of practicing Doctor. Raup is a helpful and upfront doctor. The office staff is nice enough. NP is not very polite. You WILL be waiting at least 45 min for your scheduled appt. I could live without going to this office again, I only continue to go because I’m used to it and they have all my info already.

I LOVE Dr. Raup and Allana! I have been visiting this practice for over 7 years and they are always so caring and gentle and making sure I am comfortable. I recommend Dr. Raup to all of my friends, family & clients!

Amazing doctor and staff. Dr raup guided me through my first pregnancy when I found out I was having twins. Anytime I called the office I was always able to talk to the medical staff. She saved my life and one of my babies lives during delivery. I could not recommend her and her staff more.

Dr. Aimee Raup is an amazing OBGYN... she's very involved and cares a lot about her patients. I would highly recommend her to anyone especially first time mothers cause she makes sure you understand everything thats going on... my only regret is I didn't find her before Dr. Elmer destroyed my life

Dr. Raup is amazing! She has a calming bedside manner and seems genuinely happy to be an OBGYN. I've only ever had positive interactions with her. I was having abdominal pain for over a month and other doctors hadn't figured out what was going on. I was only establishing care but Dr. Raup thought to do a urine culture, despite dipstick urine tests coming back normal. It turns out I had a life threatening bacteria called Klebsiella Pneumonia, which is very rare and hard to treat. It is considered a superbug since it is resistant to many antibiotics. Dr. Raup immediately put me on the recommended broad spectrum antibiotic. We retested to make sure the infection was gone. I had started to feel better than relapsed. I did a second round of antibiotics (a different one). She stayed on top of it the entire time. Even after I ended up receiving an extra IV antibiotic that worked synergistically...I finally had my first normal urine culture!!! Thank you so much Dr. Raup!

The doctor is amazing, she is thorough and helpful. However, appointments are cancelled often and rescheduled multiple times. Also wait times are a joke. I usually wait 45 minutes to an hour after my scheduled appointment time. Every. Time. You then spend 10 minutes with the doctor. I like the office and the environment but appointment times mean nothing to them. The doctor is amazing, she is thorough and helpful. Caring and honest. Has a great bedside manner

Dr. Raup is nothing short of phenomenal. I got some less than ideal news today, and seeing my face drop - she stayed with me and talked until I felt better. Dr. Raup even made me laugh a couple times and gave me the courage I needed. I normally see the ARNP and she's amazing as well. I wish they could be my primary care!!!

Office Staff is rude and miserable. After I finally had enough of being treated like that at every visit (since 2009) I separately asked my friends who they go to and each one of them said they used to go to Dr Raup but the office staff was too rude so they left. I wish my friends and I had talked together about this years ago.

Dr Roup is amazing OBGYN. I had a very bad experience prior to finding her. I was very scared and nervous. I couldn’t believe how fast she is. I felt in good hands and sure enough everything went well this time. I prefer to see her from now on for my gyno needs. I am so happy that I found her.

I have had both Katie and Dr. Raup and they both are wonderful. They are patient, calm, and truly listens to what you and your needs. They explain things in a way that you understand and allow you to ask as many questions as needed. Overall they are a great team and wonderful providers!

Dr Raup did an amazing job with our first pregnancy. After being induced for preeclampsia she did everything possible to follow my birth plan. After finally getting me into labor my body just wasn’t cooperating and we eventually had to do a C-section. But Dr Raup was with us at every challenge at the hospital. She was caring, compassionate and professional and I would highly recommend her.

If u like waiting an hour after ur appointment is scheduled than this is the office for you....every time I have to wait at least 45 minutes after my appointment was scheduled

I can't even put into words words how angry my wife and I were at the "care " from this woman. An official complaint was filed with Cape Canaveral Hospital. It's too much to even write.

Excellent care. Takes time to thoroughly assess and run appropriate tests to ensure optimal care. Very friendly, caring, and knowledgable. Longer wait times expected but worth the care.

An amazing Doctor! I had a great pregnancy and delivery with Dr. Raup and would highly recommend her to anyone! She answered any questions and concerns I had before I even asked them. I had a short hospital stay due to some complications mid pregnancy and she stayed on top of what was going on, updating me and giving me options along the way. Perhaps it is fortunate that I ran into this issue NOW, before becoming a patient at this office. I called their main # FIVE times, each time hitting a different ext hoping to find someone to speak to (1030am -Wednesday). If you hit 1- it rings 4 times then hangs up on you. Select 2, you get dumped into a message telling you to hang up and select 1! If this is how hard they are to contact during regular hours, can't imagine what I'd do if I was in need as a patient!

Dr. Raup is friendly and puts you at ease as soon as you meet her. She is professional and knowledgeable as well as efficient. It's obvious that she really cares about her patients and her work. I am very happy to have her as my doctor. She and her staff are the best@

Popular OB/GYN, but a still a horrendous wait time for a doctor. Make sure you allow at least half a day off of work for your appointment, since the wait time is way too long. The staff and office are nice, but the scheduling needs a lot of work. Appointments are difficult to schedule within a reasonable time.

Upon recommendations from a neighbor & friend who lost one baby and welcome another, we knew we wanted dr raup. She never has disappointed and I found myself missing my visits with her! She was wonderful. Honest and down to earth!

Dr. Raup has been with us through both of our pregnancies. We have experienced great sadness and joy in her office and she has walked with us through both seasons. She was amazing through our first pregnancy as we had to say goodbye to our first born daughter and just as amazing when we welcomed our rainbow baby boy a year and a half later. Dr. Raup's staff are always friendly and make your visits something to look forward to. We are beyond grateful for each of them!
