Very professional!

I live Dr Wang and staff is very professional and friendly

Always taken care of at the institute. Dr. Wang is the best.

Dr. Kronenberg performed cataract surgery on my eyes this year. The results were amazing, and my recovery time was very short (a couple of days for each eye). I'm seeing better than I have in years thanks to Dr. Kronenberg.

Everyone seems to know what they’re doing. I really appreciate the doctors their very compassionate.

Very good reliable doctor , and organized clinic with good hospitality ,definitely I will follow up with you in the future . Thanks again

I have been a patient of Dr. Kronenberg for about 5 years. She is always professional and keeps you informed on all eye procedures. However, the staff at the front desk lacks professionalism. I’ve had to stand there and listen to idle conversation while trying to check in and/or out. They act as if I’m disturbing them. I’ve even heard them discussing another patient negatively, NOT GOOD! These receptionists make the business look bad!

Dr Cindy Wang is a great doctor she takes her time and explains everything.

Horrible customer service. Receptionist extremely rude.

Doctors are great, the front desk staff were horrible.

Send people text messages for appointments and go to the office telling you appointments cancel because they didn't update the system

Very clean, professional, informative, has a great you feel like family. Will recommend to everyone.

Dr. Kroneberg is very good. The front desk staff was a little lax. Once into see the doctor everything went smooth. Dr. Kroneberg is well worth the wait.

I have been a patient here for many years..Dr Grandon treats my glaucoma as well as periodical checkups. The staff is always courteous and helpful. This year with the Covin i felt safe in the clean waiting room and patient rooms. I also buy my glasses at Eye Surgery Institute.

I am so appreciative because this protects me. Dr. Alaina is always quick but thorough. Her staff is super nice. Dr. Wang is great. I’ve seen her regularly for the last three years and she’s been the best optometrist I’ve ever had. She’s thorough and takes the time to make sure you get the right prescription. Also, as someone that likes to buy my own frames and lenses (mostly due to my financial situation), I appreciate that she gives me a paper script and never tries to give me a hard sell about getting my lenses from them. I’ve seen Dr. Kronenberg a few times when Dr. Wang was on vacation and I was having a medical eye issue. She not only treated me but made sure that the visits were covered under my insurance. This place is awesome and I’ll continue to be a patient there until I move away from Michigan. Dr. Wang is great. Dr. K was kind and informative while testing my eyes. My wait time was about 10 minutes. Yes I do recommend her.
