My husband was refused a visit For a long overdue colonial because he had to cancel due to illness three times. The person named Linda at the scheduling desk had an attitude that put the patient into place like he was in kindergarten and told me in a rude manner “three strikes and you’re out -go find another doctor “. I found this extremely offensive and totally against the rules of ethics in the medical profession. Who do they think they are? It was shocking to hear this - I will report them to the medical ethics committee – this should not go unnoticed. It’s bad enough the healthcare in America has come to an all time low but this really takes the cake. Nobody should be treated like this ever !!! I wonder if Dr Braverman himself knows about this policy and approves of it! This has to stop now! Patience is a human beings and not only money makers for doctors! The office should be ashamed of themselves!!!

Absolutely fantastic doctor! Sometimes medical reviews can be subjective. Part of the process in finding a good doctor is finding one you feel you can have a good medical relationship with. For me; I like someone who takes their time to explain things in layman's terms (call me old fashioned, but someone who points things out on a diagram or a model), offers comprehensive advice and leaves you feeling agreeable and trusting in a course of treatment. Dr. Braverman was all of the above and more! Despite looking somewhat disheveled (which only adds to his charisma) his character is nothing but charming and elegant. He's extremely informed in his profession and thoroughly engaging in everything he had to say. I did not feel rushed, we took our time to talk about my symptoms and he was able to articulate everything eloquently in layman's terms. Illustrating things on a diagram and leaving me feeling completely! satisfied and comfortable with a course of treatment. During our conversation he cited various medical studies, talking in great detail, to help me fully understand my symptoms and without being alarmist in any of his advice. Absolutely exemplary doctor! I wish there were more like him! I felt as though this man was genuinely interested in my issues and wanting to help. To round it out; when checking out I watched him personally greet his next patient, an elderly gentlemen with a walking frame. Not only did he greet the man, he helped him to his feet and walked with him to his office. Dr. Braverman has a most brilliant character of humility and insight. During January, 2017, Doctor Braverman performed my colonoscopy. This was my third procedure over a twenty year period with the doctor & once again it went on without a hitch.
