The doctor should work on his personality with patients. The staff was to call me to see how I was doing after the surgery. I never received any call. Had to call them. The woman I spoke with on both occasions was very sharp in conversation. As far as the billing department. I am well aware that I signed off on all the documents and agreed to terms. I thought I was clued in on the amount. However, the pre op, his office bill, the anesthesiologist and finally the surgery center. SCAM

Great bedside manner. Put me very much at ease. Very knowledgeable. Explained things to me in a clear and understandable way.

I have seen many, many doctors in my time. He is literally the most arrogant, rude man I have ever encountered. Anyone who reads this review please for your sake do not see him. I would never want anyone else to experience the kind of treatment I went through! I cannot believe anyone could like this man. I would really question anyone who has written a good review. They are probably friends or office staff leaving a false name! Please please for your sake do not give this doctor your time!

Dr. Freedman is very knowledgeable, well trained and explains things well. He answered all of my questions and helped me make the right decisions about my treatment. He spent a lot of time with me and was very thorough and personable. I felt at ease.

The Ocala area is very fortunate to have Dr. Freedman practicing Urology. He's attentive, caring, sometimes a little quick, so just ask he to explain it slowly. And, in my opinion, he has impeccable judgement. I was sorry to learn he left Boca Raton.
