Dr. Gertler, Jody and the whole staff are wonderful. Dr. Gertler listens and is very meticulous in every aspect of his care.

New patient after previous cardiologists in FL and AL both retired. Was able to schedule the initial appointment within a week, which was nice. Dr. Gertler spent lots of time explaining in simple terms for me, about a recent ECG anomaly noted by my GP. Very thorough review of my history and things to watch for. He discussed additional tests to perform. Overall, very impressed. Nurse and staff were efficient too. Nice facility and easy access from I459.

I personally like Dr. Gertler, but I thought his office could have been a lot better about following up with me. I kept having chest pains, and it could have been very serious. His CRNP is very sharp and personable, but when I make an appointment with a specialist, and pay the copay for a specialist, I expect to see a specialist. Aside from my initial visit 3 years ago, I didn't see Dr. Gertler again until just before my cardiac cath. Wonderful doctor; staff were all super professional and nice. I drive six hours from Florida (and six hours back) to see him, and it is well worth it.

I went to see Dr. Gertler with high expectations after reading and hearing about him. He EXCEEDED my expectations. Professional , knowledgeable and most of all a great listener who genuinely cares about you as an individual.
