Dr. Alan P Gillick

Dr Gillick did my surgery. I have never been in more pain. I am 10 times worse since the operation. Get a second opinion then choose a surgeon other that Dr Gillick. I only gave a 1 star because I couldn't leave zero. The nurse that came to my house to take my staples out spoke to me like I was a child, reading me the riot act about my BP. She took out my staples. She was still dripping with ego. About a month later my back had some pinching. Guess what that arrogant know it all nurse missed a staple. So I had to go into the office and have it ripped out. Anyhow. Horrible experience from start to finish. Dr gillick said I would either see no improvement from the surgery or it would help and that I wouldn't be any worse, no down side. It was the worst decision I have ever made. Go somewhere else.

He seems knowledgeable and kind.staff is very kind too!!

Fantastic doctor!!!!!!!

Had large facet joint deformity ( formed forward and had glob of ligamentous material on end)..Had no back strap on left where it was.Was so large,wasn't being recognized on film's,majority of my childhood.Went all around country,and luckily it suprised a surgeon with much experience (Dr. Gillick) going in for something else,or could of have thrown a lesser surgeon off balance.Went so many years,think muscle on left where it was,needed massive work.Prior to procedure,that spot,visually could note had spot muscle stopped forming.Had me beat down going so long,so wasn't best patient.Hate to ponder where I'd be if that deformed joint was still on me.Went so long,had me out of sort's.If chance something out of normal realm is there,takes a smart,experienced surgeon to not be sent a reelin!..Owe him a thank you for that. Dr. Gillick cares nothing about any patient. All he wants is the money. There are no pre-tests or follow ups with this doctor.
