I’m always pleased with every phase of my visits at Eye Consultants of Atlanta. I’m always treated with friendly professionalism. My cataract surgery two years ago was an exception experience and Dr. K helped put all my fears to rest about the procedure. I couldn’t be more pleased and am still thrilled with the results two years later.

Totally unacceptable. Two weeks before a long standing appointment i was called to learn that Dr Kozarsky had changed his practice an woud no longer see me and that he would be kind (?) enough tho refer me to somone who could see me two months after my scheduled appointment. This group will never get my business again. We are just meat for thier pocketbooks. Pitiful

Dr. K is amazing I am very grateful for his care and patience with my situation. He has eased some extreme concerns!

Dr. Kozarsky is an excellent ophthalmic surgeon. He has meticulous attention to detail and listens carefully to the questions and concerns of his patients. He is also very kind and reassuring. As a very nervous patient when it comes to my eyes, I did a lot of research on various doctors before choosing him to be my cataract surgeon. I could not be happier with my choice, and I’m very pleased with the outcome of my surgeries. I’m now enjoying terrific vision thanks to the skill of this wonderful doctor. The office visit for annual checkup would have been 5 stars had I not had to wait 1 hour from check- in to Dr. seeing me.

I had cataracts and got the panoptix lens in both eyes. Quite possibly the best decision I have ever made. Dr kozarsky made it happen and was amazing. No regrets!!!!

The entire operation from the front desk personnel, the nurses and technicians, the physician and the billing staff were attentive and efficient. I did not feel rushed and they made sure that if I had any questions or concerns they were adequately addressed.

I reside 120 miles from Dr Kozarsky's office, half of those miles are in heavy Atlanta interstate highways traffic but visiting the best Cataract and Corneal Ophthalmologist in the state of Georgia makes this dangerous driving worthwhile. His staff is superb with special mention going to Ms. Hong.

December 4th 2019. The day my daughter was able to see after going blind due to a cataract forming over her legally blind eye. She was already blind completely in her left eye. Dr. K is a true miracle worker. My daughter has a severe form of Marfan Syndrome and surgery restored her vision on her right eye giving her hope for the future. Dr. Kovarsky was third doctor I visited about cataract surgery and he was by far the best. I will be using him for my surgery and not Milan Patel or Thomas Eye Group.

Dr Kozarsky was great! Speedy treatment, and as Dr Kozarsky commented, the treatment would result in a huge difference. YAG laser treatment for cataract scar tissue growth. Better, even on the way home.

Dr. K has been making my life easier for 16 years - he always has time to talk and is very thorough. The surgery I had has made my life so much better that I hope I might inspire someone thinking about it to act.

This is a caring group of Doctors, PAs, and Techs. Everyone goes out of their way to make a patient feel comfortable and welcome. They stayed after hours to make certain I had a prescription that I needed for my eye. Excellent service. Jean Davis

I'm excited about thing's going so well! Although I was all prayed up and my prayer partners were with me as a Black Woman the other shoe dropping wouldn't go away. From the office staff to Dr. Kozarsky everything went unbelievable well for both cataract being removed.

I have been a patient since 2010 with very serious major eye issues. Dr. K has saved my eye sight he is the best eye doctor anywhere in my book. The staff is great also very professional. Connie Hawn Brenda Wendy the people up front all are best. I feel almost like I am seeing family when I drive the 160 mile round trip. I have been going to Dr. Kozarsky since 2004 started with Lasik and just recently had a cataract removed. His staff is wonderful, his work is great and the results are always what you wanted. I live 62 miles from his office, pass a lot of others on the way, but willing to make the drive.

Wonderful experience! He is the best! Dr Kozarsky did both of our cataract surgeries and he did an excellent job with us. He explains things well and he has a great staff who are very attentive to their patients.

I would not consider using anyone but Dr. Kozarsky. I had Cataract surgery and I was very nervous. He is wonderful and so was his whole staff. Went back and now I have perfect vision.

On the day of the surgery, the staff at the vision surgery center worked very hard to make sure that I was comfortable before, during and after my cataract surgery. I felt that I was in good hands, as they too, were personable, caring and professional. The surgery was a success. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Alan Kozarsky and his staff. I would highly recommend Dr. Kozarsky and Eye Consultants of Atlanta for any type of eye examination and/or surgery.

I Googled "best cataract surgeon in Atlanta" to find Dr. K. While the first part of the browser page is filled with ad postings from Marietta Eye Clinic, at which I had been treated before and was seeking a second opinion, I browsed down and found the reviews for Dr. K. I agree and would highly recommend him. I received an appointment just a week out, and the staff is so very professional and cautious during this time. While they did have a rotation of patients, I never felt at risk (Covid, of course) during my time there, getting multiple tests and seeing the doctor.

Dr Kozarsky is the Best !!! Love all of his staff !!! Friendly , Attentive , Knowledgeable I have always wanted to have Lasik eye surgery , but fear kept getting in the way ..... After making the decision to do it , I had to go PRK route , every step was explained to me from the procedure to recovery and I am now 20/20 !!!! I would not trust my eyes to anyone else !!!

Good annual follow-up visit on left eye, which had cataract surgery followed 8 weeks later by partial corneal transplant in 2015. Unable to read with eye before then; now fully functional eye (2020).

Felt like I got a very thorough eye exam and the staff was friendly and competent and on time. Enjoy Dr Kozarsky and feel like he and his staff take the time necessary to give good customer and professional service.
